As a PS2 only person i'm relieved and very happy to FINALLY hear something about the PS2 version of the game. I had a sneaking suspicion that PS2 gamers would get shafted but that doesn't seem to be the case. It looks like a faithful port of the Xbox version.

I'm so glad they put in the Trading Block. It would be a lot easier to trade Delgado in my franchise when/if I need to. Now about this anticipated March 4th release date....PLEASE LET THAT HAPPEN!!! I'll be all over it for sure then!

Likewise, this is now neck to neck with HH. I can't fathome the realism of HH with WSB though. Great year for baseball games.

So what DragDashOn? i had to change my pants when I first got WSB last year for Xbox. This year Im so excited that I may need a drop cloth under me when playing to avoid any "loose stool" movements

I hope you can opt to field from that angle when you are in behind-the-pitcher mode. They could reverse the base assignments on the game pad. I think this would give you a much better player's perspective on the game. And it would be a nice change of pace!

I'm pretty sure one of the first bases loaded game for SNES had that option. While it was great for fielding grounders, it makes fielding fly balls near impossible. Imagine trying to field a fly ball in a video game without being able to see behind the player you are controlling.

Once the ball is hit, the camera will go to the normal mode agan. You won't be able to field with the behind the pitcher cam.

yep i agree fielding fly balls would be impossible. I remember a PC baseball game that had this view point. Doesn't come to mind now but it had this view point.
