    Re: WSB2K3: Progress Report (IGN PS2) [02/10/2003]

Does WSB have a one-button swing option like HH instead of the contact, power thing? Can I use the one-button swinging with cursor-based hitting?

There actually isn't a trading block. The AI can shop its players around and you'll get a message to that effect (which is probably why IGN thought there was one), but you'll have to do the dirty work of unloading players yourself.

If you have a choice, get the Xbox version. It's got a few more graphical bells and whistles, it's easier to save big files (saves are around 1MB each), loading times are shorter, etc.

To my knowledge padgoi, The user has the option to play with the one button or two button setup.
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

During Franchise can we pick the jerseys we want to wear on any specific day? How about our opponents?

Franchise: Are we locked into the team's stadium? I want to play with the WSox but I can't bear to play 81 games in US Cellular Mallpark.
