Re: Hands-on at Gamespot
Plus I noticed when reading the article that it is most likely the 360 build since they refered to the buttons as A and B and X and Y. Weird since it is under the PS3 games on the top...THis is a good indication that both the PS3 and 360 versions will be the same.PSN: ckarlic

Re: Hands-on at Gamespot
Seriously I dont 2K is even making sense with the direction this year. They spend lord knows how many hours designing this new card system instead of rebuilding the franchise mode or expanding the commentary or improving the audio or working on other small details. Who here wouldn't take any of those things over the trading cards. Instead of listening to what the end user wants they are telling us what we want and thats a design for failure my friends.
They did ALL that to improve the CORE gameplay....yet you don't understand their direction because they added trading cards and didn't rework the Franchise mode? Thats a failure of design? Puuulease! All that stuff is important..but if the gameplay is lacking (which is was last year) and not improved - the rest of that stuff don't matter. I'd say their priorities are in the right direction thank you.Comment

Not sure if anyone else notice the new pics in gamespost new post. there's more pictures up."Baseball is a game, yes. It is also a business. But what it most truly is, is disguised combat. For all its gentility, its almost leisurely pace, baseball is violence under wraps." - Willie MaysComment

Maybe it's my monitor but the lighting seems different in those pics. I played tons of games at Fenway w. the Yanks and it looks different in those pics from 2K7."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: Hands-on at Gamespot
Not trying to start any "meatball" controversy but in the picture with Becket it says the last pitch was a meatball, the score is 1-0 in the 1st and the (new) batter has a 0-0 count. Looks like the meatball was taken yard.Pitchers and Catchers Report; Life Worth Living AgainComment
