They should have released a patch earlier just to fix the fatigue bug and home run glitch. Franchise mode is made silly without fatigue.

Re: Anything from 2K on a patch?
I agree. I haven't had any problems with the game except for the fatigue issue. I have seen some stuttering lately, but nothing that breaks the game. Its hard for me to play a franchise when I don't have to really manage a bullpen and neither does the CPU.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Yeah I agree, don't understand why THIS year they are trying to fit all the fixes into ONE patch. They had more than two last year I believe and most games now have an average of 3 patches.Comment

Re: Anything from 2K on a patch?
well, one reason is Microsoft only allows so many patches either at no charge to the company, or at a minimal fee as opposed to once they go over this limit (last I head a long time ago was like 2 or maybe 3 patches)You do what you want in your association, don't let others ruin the fun. And how about those of us who paid $60 dollars for the game? Are you suggesting it would be too cost effective for them to put out 2-3 patches for this game?Comment

Re: Anything from 2K on a patch?
I don't see why they can't fix the fatigue issue to keep us playing the game, then release a bigger patcher later on that fixes mostly everything. I'd rather they do that instead of what they're doing now. If fatigue was fixed, by now I'd probably be nearly halfway through a season.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: Anything from 2K on a patch?
I'm 100% with you, I'm merely saying that if you only get 2 patches before it costs money/more money. I'd be trying to put as much as I could into each one.
I'm by NO means saying that's right, from either end (Microsoft or the Developer) but it is a factor that can't be tossed aside. :/
I WANT to love this game, but the glitches and bugs right now are just too annoying to deal with. I keep telling myself I'm gunna just put this game on the shelf and play The Show, but I just can't help but boot it up and play a quick game, but each time I do, something comes up that makes me go back to my "I'm done here" feelin.
I know they can fix it, I know they can make this a solid playing game. They just need to be more up front and forward, and make a noteworthy effort to show the fans and customers who spent their 60 bucks that they have their back. Dead silence is not helping their cause right now.You do what you want in your association, don't let others ruin the fun. Re: Anything from 2K on a patch?
^^ Agreed.
It's unfortunate really, because there's a lot of us here and on other boards who constantly defend this game and will argue that it's the best baseball game released this year, but it's hard not to get jealous and annoyed when the OTHER game already has two patches out with fixes for most of the major issues and has a dev. team that stays in good contact with its consumers.
With all the ways to communicate these days - twitter/facebook/blogs, etc... it just seems really lame to have the entire 2k team so silent on what's going on with a patch.turn my swag onComment

Re: Anything from 2K on a patch?
Erm....we already got it, actually. PSN doesn't need to be up to download patches, if there are any available. The same would hold true for 2k11, if one happened to be released during this outage.Comment
