Go to manager screen. It's there under team health.

When I play franchise mode, players fatigue level doesn't decrease after games and this isn't realistic. It should indicate players are tired and need to rest them.

Yes they do fatigue. Check the team health section of the manage screen. If they aren't fatiguing you need to check your franchise setup section to make sure you have fatigue turned on.

They do? why is it always 100? I see pitcher fatigue icon only but it stays 100 team health.

I know the DH has been mentioned as something that shouldn't drain energy, especially when they fail to get on base (as in the only thing they did was have 3 or 4 at bats that ended with them out at first). I could understand older players or those who are already gassed losing some points, but a guy in his mid-20s playing DH should not drop 3 points like those who actually played in the field.

Additionally when I pinch hit a player who was taking the game off up until the bottom of the 9th and he flies out on the first pitch (or realistically any number of pitches) he should not lose any of the energy he gained from not playing that game aside from 1 AB. I benched 2 guys who were sitting at 88 heading into the game and would likely have been around 94 had they not played at all wound up at 88 after the game thanks to 1 AB in the final frame of a losing effort. This has happened on more than one occasion with different teams and players.

            Summary:

DH players shouldn't lose any energy that they had heading into the game, they should gain it back, however they should not gain back as much as someone who was benched for the entire game. I've noticed that my players gain about 6 Energy if they sit out the game, DH's should gain at least 3 Energy (though I think its more realistic that they gain 4 or 5 energy).

Pinch Hitters should not lose any energy they would have gained by sitting out the entire game unless they play their position afterwards. And by play their position I mean they actual are on the field when a ball is put in play (If I pinch hit for my Pitcher the player that pinch-hit shouldn't get penalized because he winds up on the mound for a few seconds while I bring in the new pitcher). Of course if the pinch hitters do a significant amount of base-running that is a different story, but even that should only penalize them 1 Energy in recovery (so they would gain 5 as opposed to 6).

Uniforms (I have no idea how much can be done to fix the following problems just thought I would point them out, I know some have been mentioned):

              Braves:
The Alternate Away uniforms should have an all-navy hat like the regular away uniforms do.

The Red Friday (formerly Sunday) alternates should have the Alternate home cap (Navy cap, red bill, and the A with the Tomahawk).

The Navy is off (way to bright, this is the case for several teams this year and in the past).

And the Gray is off on most (perhaps all) of the away uniforms in the Major Leagues, which is odd because from what I have seen playing My Player most of the grey unis in the Minor Leagues are the perfect shade. Right now most MLB gray away unis are too dark.

              Orioles:
Batting helmets should look more like the actual hats. Matt Wieters and the catchers wear the old school helmets (where the white panel is smaller and more curved), but the team's batting helmets have the full white panel.

The bird is too small on the hats, it seems to be the right size on the batting helmets but is far too small on the hats.

Is there anyway to update the player pictures (I know Madden is unable to update them once the game is pressed)? The Blue Jay players and the Oriole players are wearing the old hats and it would be nice to see them wearing the new ones (especially considering how sharp the Orioles player pics look now with the white panel caps).

Yup. I'm having this happen literally once in every other game. It's easily the biggest glitch for me. The one I just can't grin and bear.

Probably been brought up, but is there anything that can be fixed in regards to the sim engine having starters pitch way too few innings, getting too few wins, and relievers pitching too many innings?

Well, this is with auto fielding on. If that makes a difference.

Why do people not like to manually field? I don't get it

Also 2K. Please if you actually patch this game fix how the AI uses their bullpen. Closers never coming into a game and Starters and relievers never coming out until they reach their pitch count. Unless they get racked but sometimes Starters come out too soon. 4 runs in the first or 2nd inning and the AI always pulls the starter but in a close game they won't bring in the Setup man or closer with a 3 run or less lead. They leave the starters in and don't pinch hit for the pitcher either. I thought AI logic was supposed to be improved? It got worse.

Also fix the delayed fielding animations. The outfielders take forever to get rid if the ball this year. Both of these problems were not in last years version. DID ANYONE TEST THIS GAME? If so someone tell me how these obvious problems made it through. UNREAL

Another thing is why would a single cause my pitch rating for the pitch that got hit to go down 5 points but a strikeout brings it up only 1 point? I see what you are trying to do here but like every new feature with MLB2K it gets way overdone

Because just pitching 100% of the pitches and batting against 100% of the other team's pitches wears me out. I don't need to add any more involvement or I will never finish a game.

You must have the fatigue turned off in your league setup area. Check that.
