Baserunning needs attention.

Wanted to tag runner on 2nd base to 3rd on a deep centre field fly ball.

As soon as centre fielder catch the ball, i hit the right analog to 3rd. It took the baserunner almost 1second to react.

Running on 2k11 was fine from what i remember. Otherwise, the game is fun.

How about an addition of slide step, especially on pitch outs.

Played the cpu yesterday and the dudes stretch position was super slow so I decided to steal. Ah ha, he knew, they pitched out but I still stole not even close because he came up to a full balance position.

Slide stepping would be a nice addition, if not via patch for next year.

Cut off man does not throw home a lot of times in my player mode....

I've noticed either when I'm rounding 3rd or a teammate, when the throw comes into the SS or 2B he just holds onto it when there would have been a close play at the plate

I'm pretty sure the Presentation option for Game Flow when using MLB 2K10 is not working, at least not like it did in 2K11. XBOX, with Patch 1.

I have been using Real Time to see all the batting animations and other animations play out, but I wanted to speed the game up without having to click A everytime. So I switched to MLB 2K10 gameflow and I don't see any difference. Last year this would play out the full batter animation and show stats the first time, then skip by the step out, step in animations without having to press A. I'm not seeing that now.

I switched to Hurry Up and that does work as last year by skipping all batter walkup stats, animations, etc.

Please check this out for the patch.

1. Fix fielders so they are not feeling like they are walking in mud or in slow motion.

2. Sometimes fielders don't react to balls hit to them, mostly line drives.

3. Sometimes preloading a baserunner, the baserunner stops or attempts to go back to a base because they think the ball is being caught.

4. In game AI - letting pitchers hit with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th inning of a tie game (let the relief pitcher hit) not sure what has changed from the demo, but I'm seeing pitchers hit when they should be pinch hit for too many times!

Other than that, I'm actually really enjoying the game this year.

I'm putting the CPU power at 100% and i still hardly ever give up a HR. and if I do it's only to a Votto. There should be many more HRs at that level.

Figured I'd chime in again about cut off men. Had a situation yesterday with a ball to my centerfielder, with a guy headed to third and eventually home.

I fielded the ball and threw to my cut off man so the hitter wouldn't take second by throwing it all the way home.

however, the guy did score, because my 1st baseman is the cut off man in that situation and for some reason he was still standing on first, so the throw went from center to first base to home and the guy scored.

I'd like to have positioning of cut off men patched or looked into.

There needs to be an online patch so that all games get registered!


I know this has been a known issue, but sometimes my games don't register. Is there a way to know before the game starts if the game is going to count as ranked? Please help.

The color of the uniforms are terribly off this year, especially the Yankees and Red Soxs. They really need too patch this and there is still that 1 second pause when base runners are heading home and the outfielder is throwing too the plate. Still issues and I hope they fix all this in the next patch

In franchise mode I did a fantasy draft as the Mets and picked Jason Bay and Ruben Tejada, both of their stats did not reset at the start of the season.

a)
I had Stauffer starting and WHILE pitching the bullpen message "T. Stauffer is ready.." appeared. But he was already pitching! I noticed a lonely catcher in the bullpen area as if he was receiving warmup pitches. Then something like "T. Stauffer is getting tired" and "T. Stauffer is going to sit down" or something. With that last message the lonely catcher dissapeared.

b)
Sometimes, late in the game the pitch process some hiccups appear, like little pauses while winding up and while the ball in the way to the catcher. This disrupts the timing for both pitching and batting.

c) Please fix the tagging-for-outs system, 3B's and C's act like they'd like to get fired, they're very slow to tag an opponent runner, just looks like they dont care.

d) Please consider the possibilty to click RS in the lineup card screens JUST before the game to bring up the players cards to see energy level, previous day performance, etc, Or just put the energy level number viewable in that screen.

Please consider the following: If someone bought your games with "defective" money, wouldn't you be very upset about? We give you guys non-defective money, please give us non-defective products.
