    Hit a groundball almost straight into centerfield against the rockies in spring training. Dexter Fowler is a 81(ovr) and has a 97 speed. CF fielding rating is a 99. So why when the ball was traveling in his direction, it was like he was jogging too the ball and the RF almost got too the ball before he did. Almost like he was in slow motion. That is terrible and VC has too fix that bug, because its taking away from the experience. Also still seeing pitchers left in the game late when batting and there team is losing. Where is the smarter AI that VC was talking about?? Please fix this bug.

      In some ways, 2k11 is a tighter game. Things that need to be fixed:

      1. CPU power - just not seeing it with slider turned to 100....at 100 they should be mashing the ball so you can then tweak it down...seeing lots of low scoring games, no homers in 3 games.

      2. Running - something is wrong with the running animation, sometimes they put heads down and run, otherwise it is this casual jog....very strange.

      3. AI glitches - 1st and 3rd - CPU almost always steals 2nd...even with a slow runner...why?...often times gets thrown out, killing rallies

      4. CPU runners often confused on hit balls, running back to bag on grounders when they should advance

      5. Human controlled outfielders sometimes have a mind of their own, moving in one direction and not moving the way you want them to move - I don't know if this is a "feature"

      6. Sometimes on tagging up for user, the runner does not advance even though proper direction is given with the controller.

        The response of baserunners is terrible. I had Ichiro (94 speed) on first, when a bloop single was hit into right. When Ichiro was pulling in to second, I signaled him to go to third. It should have been an easy first to third, as the right fielder was still running in to get the ball. However, instead of rounding the bag and heading for third, Ichiro instead jogged up to second as if I hadn't signaled for him to go to third. He stood on first for a whole second before he even started to third, but by that point the right fielder was already getting the ball in. As I said, that should have been an easy first to third.

        I don't know why the good baserunning from 2k11 would even be altered, but it is horrible in this game. I have to take gigantic leads to steal a base, even with very fast runners. The animation of running itself looks bad, as well. Players look like they are jogging, and never put their heads down as if they were busting it down the line. Something needs to be done to baserunning.

          2, 4, 5 and 6 - definite downers and with the in game CPU AI, it's staring to kill the enjoyment for me - game is fun and then one of these issues happen and kills it for me

                Some of the plays need to be allowed to continue before going to an automatic throw animation. For example:

                First and third, runner on first steals for second and then the catcher throw sails into the outfield but....the runner on third doesn't advance because the CF picks up the errant throw and the game goes into an animation where the CF is casually throwing the ball back into the infield.

                  In my opinion, the baserunning department took the biggest hit this year. From animations and AI (baserunners not advancing on 2-out hits, running back to the bag too soon, etc) to the delay in button response. I think this is the area the patch needs to address the most.

                  And the double-switch zombie glitch.

                    1-Guys warm up too fast in the bullpen. Sometimes I start warming a guy up and within 4 or 5 pitches I get the notification he is already warmed up over a space of 2 batters. Its almost as if when you face 2 batters the guy is warmed up regardless how many pitches you threw.
                    Just because I give up 2 quick hit does not mean my bullpen should be warmed up. This detracts from the strategy of when to warm up a reliever or strategies of having to use mound visits to give the bullpen extra time.

                    2-The check swing should be more sensitive. About 50% of the time I yank back on the hit-stick my batter does not even attempt to check.

                    3-The light posts in Fenway park are covered in pads. They look nothing like they do in real life. They should be exposed steel girders painted green.

                    4-There are hardly ever any good FA's at the end of each season in Franchise Mode. Most star player always seem to re-sign with their team, and often for small time money. Player at the end of a contract should enter FA more often.. It's lame how seldom a FA seems to be a star player.

                    5-In "MyPlayer" mode. I made a pitcher in MyPlayer with the Red Sox organization and spent year 1 in AA. In year two I was on the AAA Pawtucket Red Sox who play in McCoy Stadium. McCoy stadium is included in the game but to my suprise I wasnt playing my home games at McCoy! My home games were at some "generic minor league" ballpark. The bug seems to be in MyPlayer mode your "home games" are just randomized amongst these generic minor league parks. Why include McCoy stadium if its not assigned to my AAA home games?? My AAA home games should ALWAYS be at McCoy stadium!!

                    6-There should be a way to command pitchers to warm up and come in the next half inning while you are batting. Since you can only bring in releivers while your team is pitching you are forced to see the Starter still standing on the mound. Only then can you pause the game and go to the bullpen to bring in a releiver. It's lame always seeing the previous pitcher standing there for a few seconds and than having to pause the game for a releiver to come in. A simple fix would be patching in a command to allow us to "Warm up reliever and bring in next half inning."

                    7-You cant change the camera settings in MyPlayer!

                    8-In Franchise mode, top draft picks sign way too easily for way too cheap. Any draft pick will always say yes to a 7+ year deal for 300-400K. Meaning you can lock up all your draftee's too easily and potentially get 80+ rated players for 7 years for basically nothing. Draft picks from the first few rounds of the draft should demand more!

                    9-People are reporting the CPU adjusts their lineups in Franchise mode even when Auto-Manage MLB is turned OFF. Presumably for the same reasons it happened last year.

                    10-You still can't move a player during a game from one base to a position in the outfield or at another base.

                    11-Many gamers (including myself and SleepyTercel your MOD) think that the arrow at the bottom of a fielders feet when a ball is hit near him should be removed. It takes away the purpose of having the white sphere based on ratings.. becuase the arrow at a fielders feet automatically tells you which direction to head as soon as you start to control the fielder. Please remove this arrow.

                    12-When you attempt to throw a runner out tagging 3rd on Sac fly the catcher wont guard the plate and let the run score. This has happened multiple times to myself and friends. (Online)

                    13-Players loose their real life appearance in Franchise mode. Whenever you promote a AAA to the MLB level they loose their correct appearance and turn into this "Bald Generic" player on the field. In edit mode they still look normal, but on once you load up your next game they have this bald generic appearance while on the field. This occurs whenever you promote/demote between MLB and the Minors. It also occurs from trades. Some people feel it could be related to using custom rosters. This has been bugged since 2K9!!!

                      If you want to see how messed up the baserunning is, go to Drills under Game Modes and play the Baserunning ones. Its for the user, but the CPU faces the same thing. Its like they are jogging into the dugout.

                          I hate to keep harking on the base running issues, but it's obvious that this is the area that needs to be addressed the most in the upcoming patch.

                          Runner on 3rd nobody out. My batter hits a deep fly ball to left. My runner tags up and should literally walk home, right? Wrong! He gets two thirds of the way there, he's 4 feet from home plate and decides to just stop! I hit the x button for him to slide in. Nope, just decides to stop hunched over like the zambrano pause after giving up the homer, and gets tagged out for the dp. Unforgivable, 2k. Simply unforgivable.

                          Another awkward animation: later in the game my runner slides into home and immediately stands up, and just stands there. I shake my head as to why base running took such huge leaps backwards.

                            I've had the CPU leave a position player to pitch to one batter after he pinch hits for a pitcher. Very annoying.
