6. Free Agency in franchise mode could use some tuning. Big names never test the free agency market. I think the highest ranked guy i saw was a 84 but i forget who. I like how the FA system works bidding against other clubs but it appears guys rejoin their teams too often.


And also, if possible, bring back the 'Pole Camera' from 2k7

The AI logic late in game is still broken!!!!!!!!!!!

I was up 3-0 in the 9th and they D-backs had the bases load and 1 out, and the picther came up to at bat. The AI did not picth hit for him. I had to swicth teams to put in a picth hitter. I also notcied that the AI does not picth hit for the picther at all in the late inings ie 6, 7th or 8th as well when they are down.

Just fix the AI logic and this game will be great.

Fix the blue's for Tigers and Yankee's. They should be a lot darker. The Tigers are nearly black it's such a deep Navy blue.

Please fix the online pause glitch. I can't believe it's STILL in the game. Please fix the controller sensitivity problem, I'm throwing wild pitches and throwing to the wrong base enough to make it EXTREMELY annoying, I've never had this problem before. (I'm a Top 50 player for the last two years, I know what I'm doing) Please fix the outfielder awareness problem, and which outfielder it gives you on a flyball in the gap -- about half the time you get the wrong outfielder to go after the ball and end up taking a step or two in the wrong direction which is extremely annoying. I can deal with the framerate issues, as they generally don't affect anything but foul balls.....this would be a great game if the gameplay was fixed.

I don't think this is as easy as people think it is. If the Sox are slumping, do you want to see a half filled Fenway? Lots of criteria needs to go into this, or goofy things happen.

So I've looked through all the teams and the only one that has white pants for the Batting Practice road uniform are the Angels. All of the other ones are grey, like they should be. Looks like I'm only playing Angels home ST games now.

Not sure if its just me or what 7 games left in my player down in the minors i get close to finishing the game and all of a sudden it freezes for the 2nd time

One other thing about the uniforms: Some of the titles don't match what the uniform is.

For example, the Royals have a uniform listed as "Home Alternate 2," with a blue top, but in the picture, the pants are grey. Things like this should not be messed up. It's really quite annoying and kind of ruins the realism. I think The Show did the uniform selection right: you can individually select the hat/pants/top you want to wear for each game. Most of the uniforms are correct, but I'm going to go through and make a list of the ones where there are mistakes. Hopefully changing that Royals one to "Road Alternate" or making the pants white is easy to fix with a patch.

EDIT: So I just went through all of the uniforms and the only problems I found were with the Angels and Royals:

Angels: "Batting Practice Road" needs grey pants.

Royals: "Alternate Home 2" needs white pants, or change the name to "Alternate Road."

Yeah, I wish they had those too, but it seems the only way you could do that (because other teams also wear their alternate jerseys on the road, and vice versa), is having it like The Show, where you can individually mix-and-match. I wish they would have made road and home versions for every uni but some teams don't wear certain jerseys on the road, or they only wear them on certain days. One example is the Giants alternate (orange) jersey and black/orange bill hat. They only wear the orange jersey on Friday home games, and the hat is worn on Sundays.

This is dead wrong. Dynamic attendance IS in the game. Just simmed halfway through a pirate chise (they were in last place) and the whole upper deck was empty. It may be slightly awkward (full looking attendance in center field areas) by dynamic attendance is there.

i may be wrong on the rules with this but if a pitcher gets injured and has to leave the game suddenly, i beleive he is allowed more warm up pitches to get ready.

in my second season game, cueto was injured. i brought in the backup stone cold and it showed his first 6 or 7 pitches.

can we get the new pitcher at least 50 to 75% warmed up when he comes in, please?

gameplay:

there seems to be a hesitation or even a pull up of defensive players occasionally.

on one play, brandon philips 2B, just stood there as a single went 5 feet to his left.
another, my SS cozart started and stopped on a similar play.
on a double to right center, my CF started and pulled up a bit and missed any chance of catching it.

i saw something similar in the 8th inning. the marlins left in their P down 2-0. his pitch count was still reasonable and it could be a bad call by the manager but i would have pinch hit. it was the first game of the season so his pitchers could not have been tired.
