You have such a distaste for this game that you had to post this topic at espnvideogames.com as well? I wonder about some people.

Imagine that. Posting a feedback thread at the website of the company who made the game.

      How strange I am.

Not going to make this into anything more than it is, but I was just surprised you'd make the same topic (negative ones no doubt) at two different websites. Really, how much feedback do you need to read pertaining to your comments? Anyways, different strokes for different folks. Hope you find "the" game you enjoy.

                  Then why the accusatory commentary?

You do realize that some people visit one but not both websites? Why not put his feedback nearest to the people who actually made the game and give others the opportunity to read it as well? Some people act as if it's not ok post the same stuff to multiple forums.

I agree that sega/vc needs to put more effort into online play , but to say the online play of espn fb was worthless is imo off the mark. That game was a great great online game. One of the most enjoyable online sports games i have played - although it would have been even better if they had nailed the running/tackling game. People adjusted and learned how to play D by always using multiple tacklers. Many players love the game and continue to actively post threads and even run leagues and tournaments despite the football season being long gone. I am a SIM gamer and i hate the fact that espnFB had unrealistic out-of-box tackling/running. But i played many great games online.
Check my earlier replies in this topic - i want fully realized online options/settings/sliders etc.
Be advised that many players will not want to play online with your sliders or your favorite camera angle if they are different from default , - there loss - but don't be surprised - But GAMES NEED ALL THE OPTIONS TO BE AVAILABLE ONLINE. That way you get the most out of the game , and friends or if you join a league may be willing to use your settings.
