Agreed. The last 2 years of the game were just depressing, but this season it looks like we're "playing ball!" once again! :P

Hey don't you think 2K4's gameplay was great?

Because i only see people complaining about the player faces, animations, models, swings... And then they say: OHHH 2K4 was the worst baseball game ever!!!!

But no one ever say the gameplay was horrible. And then those people come and say: HIGH HEAT was the best game ever!!!

High Heat had the worst graphics, animations... of all time. But those people say: High Heat had the best gameplay ever.

So why you say you hated 2k4 because of the animations, player faces, models etc and don't say this to HH ?

B/c HH was so damn close to realism you could forgive anything else.

2k4 wasn't the same, and 2k5, while looking improved, looks to now have a level of "arcade" feel to it.

Both games had horrible graphics! The gameplay and game pace was fanastic in High heat. I really struggled with 2k4. The results were pretty realistic but the gameplay felt very monotonous to me! By the 7th, I had to sim because I could not take it anymore. The game pace definately lagged in 2k4. I hope they improved the overall feel and pace of the game.

the same whay you feel about ESPN is the same way I feel about MVP..lol. I think MVP is more of an arcade game out of all the baseball games. Anyway thats Why I'm getting MLB06 along with ESPN, the reason being I love MLB and I think it's the closest baseball game to real life. I'm getting MLB2K5 beacause I always used to be a bigtime WSB fan, I haven't payed to much atteion to the WSB series in a bout two years cause it kida took a turn for the worse, not this year I think It looks great and I'm excited for MLB2k5 all over again. Pared as for you saying that you may feel that MLB2K5 maybe arcadey, I really don't think so, the reason being is sliders.
