Well, it depends, if there was a runner on second, with first base open, you walk the 8 man to ge to the pitcher.

Likewise if there is a runner on third or runners on second and third.

This shouldn't seem strange to you if runers were already on. Now if there were no runners on then you have ot consider who the CPU's closer might be, how well your leadoff hiter is, etc.

I was up 6-1 in the bottom of the 8th inning, 2 outs, nobody on, Todd Hollandsworth up, and they intentionally walk him to get to my pitcher. I understand my pitcher was next, but normally a guy won't get intentionally walked with 2 outs and no one on unless it's someone like Bonds.

Here's one: I was the Yankees down 6-5 in the 9th. Jeter singles in Crosby to tie the game and Joe Morgan says "Oh he was one out away from a no hitter, its a shame to get that close and lose it"- I had 13 hits by that point

That's the same exact situation that I was trying to say happened to me.

Ive found one problem with mine. I play with the Detroit Tigers. In my first game in the season mode, when the Tigers leave the field, it appears that they are going to the wrong dugout. Their dugout is on the 3rd baseline side not on the first base side.

The most AWFUL thing just happened to me. I hit a towering blast down the 1B line, and the camera went into that view from home plate, so you can watch the ball go "Foul," but here's the thing, this ball WASN'T going "Foul."

The ball I hit was a good 15-20Ft. LEFT of the "Foul Line," and when it was about 20Ft. from going over the wall, the ball took a sudden 90* turn to the right and went foul!!!

I couldn't believe it, so I replayed it and sure enough, the damn ball just shot "Foul" out of nowhere. It simply defied the laws of physics. There was NO wind or anything, and even if there was wind, no ball could make a sudden turn like this. 90* turn, I KID YOU NOT!!!

I think it has something to do with that damned camera view, where you just know when it comes up, the ball is going "Foul." Even if the ball is CLEARLY fair, that camera angle/view MAKES IT go "Foul."

This then proceed to happen two pitches later again!!! Luckily I was only playing my brother online, so we just pretended I had an extra run for that game.
