Okay.. Madden doesnt suck.. put I prefer NFL2k.

MLB2k5 Doesnt suck.. its great.. but I like MVP better.

The exclusive deals suck period because of no competition. It sucks a double left nut for me becuase the football game I prefer is gonna be no more and the baseball game I prefer is gonna be no more. I wish at the very lease Take Two could have gotten the NFL and EA got the MLB. All I know is if EA gets thier hands on the NBA we are going to be playing basketball with comic strip characters for 50 years. That will be the time I go shopping for fertilizer and getting a U-Haul truck.... he he he.

Okay Im kidding about the last sentence. I dont want 5 black unmarked Vans with government plates coming to my house and sweeping me up lol.

Im happy because I still get the choice of two games. Unlike with the football where its only Madden. I still havent played any basbeall game this year . MLB 2k5 and MLB 2006 are not out yet. MLB 2k5 on ps2 isnt out yet.

Of course not. Like many have said, lack of competition breeds contempt. It's bad for everyone (not matter how much you prefer one company over another).

Not to mention that Xbox owners now have 1 choice of baseball game. If Take2's game next year has a terrible game-killer type bug, Xbox owners will be stuck with it. There's not another game to turn to (unless MS decides to make a baseball game as well).

I liked the ESPN NFL series and it sucks that EA just about squashed T2 to itty bitty pieces. I also like the MVP series tho i'm not getting that game this year. Also, the baseball deal is WORSE for gamers because the deal extends to PC as well, and 2K/VC/Kush have shown NO interest in making PC Games... yet hold the license! At least with EA, every console will have an NFL game made for it. With VC/Kush/T2, who knows the future of hardball on the PC, and lets not forget the GameCube people.

And lets not forget what a Bug-O-Thon VC/Kush/T2's sports games usually are.
