I traded MLB 2k5 and last year's MVP in at the Gamestop and got $14 in credit. Not bad at all really.
And people are correct: MVP is the exact same game as last year. No doubt about it. But, at least that's a game I can at least look forward to playing occasionally.

Exact is a strong word. With tons of new animations, fixed bugs, owner mode, xbox live support. Seems like a whole new game to me.
Plus I played the PC version last year and this game still surprises me with new animations.
The commentators have got to go though. You know, Thom Brennemen and Steve Lyons could make a comeback next year in EAs game. I always loved them in ASB.

But the truth is, player models did not change, presentation maybe changed by one or two colors to menus. Kind of frustrating, but oh well.
I miss 2K5, but not for the gameplay...that's a problem.
