The older 2k files have a glitch in that J.P. Howell cannot be removed from an injured status. I re-created him because, to this point, I have not started a dynasty mode and he cannot be used as his normal self. It's a known glitch and the only way to use him, once removed from the DL in real life, was to recreate him. I made him using 2K's exact attributes, however in this latest file of re-ratings those numbers dropped because he hasn't been pitching up to par (if I recall him correctly).

All you need to do (if I understand correctly) is to write down all the attributes from the "clone" I've made of him. Name the created Howell someone else and drop him in the FA pool. Give the real Howell those attributes and then start your dynasty. I'm NOT sure, but I think this will work. Others who know might want to chime in here. Thanks!

LOL! I'm 39, married with 4 kids. I put way more time into this than any grown man should. But it's a fun hobby for me and I love the game of baseball. Appreciate your kind words!

Thank you 1000x over MK for working on this file for a game that doesn't seem to have much of a community here at OS. I love OOTP as my main baseball fix, but 2K11 is a really good game in my opinion (and only console option for 360 owners) and to have a dedicated roster man like yourself working on it, really extends the life of this game exponentially.

if you guys have the latest set, give d'Arnaud a speed bump to about 83. All the scouting reports I could find on him were a couple years old. The guy has decent wheels. I don't want to bump him too high, but I settled on an 83.

I'll continue to add players and more updates. my home internet is down (router has died, i believe) and the company that installed everything is coming tuesday. i'm at the office right now, so i won't be on much until they get it fixed. bummer for me...

hey harsh, good job on the rosters. the indians are finally respactable in this game. some of the starters should be rated a little higher imo. you were pretty harsh on fausto there! but it should be a lot harder to play with them than my fantasy draft roster.

Just throwing out a suggestion, but it would be cool if your rosters had correct salaries for each player. Most of us know 2k sets them lower than they are in real life which leads to no major free agent signings in franchise mode. If you were able to get all contracts correct that would really make franchise mode so much better.

If anyone is willing to put together a spreadsheet with all salary information I can possibly do so. But I'm not going to search it out. I've done NUMEROUS NBA 2K11 historic rosters that include nearly 300 players per season, and this project takes time (the last file with the re-ratings took me nearly 12 hours in total as every team was combed over). The salaries are 2K's plus some edits I've done to the newest salaries signed. If I recall, last year there was an issue regarding salaries where they canNOT be matched up to real life due to the franchise engine. Not sure about this, but I started working on this and was told by a couple people to give it up as it screwed up the franchise mode.

Im sure this has already been asked before but I cant seem to find it. Is there a way to make this work for pc users? I cant seem to find a roster with prospects created at all for pc. The 2k share on pc seems to have very few users so nothing ever gets uploaded on there except for the 2k official rosters which are good but still too many fake names and bad ratings and no prospects except the ones in the majors, which I get why but I still like having them for franchise mode
