mk, do you plan on making any changes to the indians or can i go ahead and start my indians franchise or do you plan on making any updated ratings to the players? imo, pronk needs to be given some power and masterson, tomlin, and the whole pitching staff needs a to be rated a tad bit higher but these are a whole heckuva lot better than the 2k rosters.

Many more ratings edits, fixes and updates... BEST file I've put out yet. Have spent the last 2 nights going over every team, and this is the most accurate file to date.

Masterson: 85
C. Perez: 85
Tomlin: 80
Smith, R. Perez, Carrasco: 79
Sipp: 78
Pestano: 75 (he's starting to show his true self lately)
Talbot: 74
Hermann, Durbin: 68

Pronk is now rated an 86 overall (81 contact / 76 power)

Indians team ratings: pitching: 80 ... batting: 76 ... overall: 81

I do not like to rate bullpen pitchers over an 80. Just a personal thing, but it's unfair to rate a bullpen guy with an era of 2.9 higher than a starter with an era of 3.2 - I just won't do that. If you want to bump them be my guest, but I won't. Exception to the rule are bullpen guys who have proven themselves over a few seasons and CLOSERS.

I think you'll now be happy with these latest updates.

Thank you for giving Ramon Hernandez a proper rating All dude does is hit. I didn't look at stats individually yet, but Phillips defense should be maxed pretty much.

Yeah, he Hernandez was a bit tough to rate because he hasn't played as many games as the regulars. But he has been tearing the cover off.

One thing about defensive ratings: they REALLY JACK UP the overall rating of a player. So I didn't want Phillips to have overblown ratings because if I push those defensive ones up then I've got to play with his offensive ones (of which I won't because he's having a solid season). As a long-time Indians fan, I'm still p!ssed at Eric Wedge for being a jerk toward Phillips and shipping him out of town. I always liked him...

True, but when he plays he consistently hits the ball, plus I didn't check but he crazy clutch. Opening Day is an example :/
I didn't know that about defense, that sucks, and upsets me. IMO, I don't even think I am bias, but he is the best defensive player out there. He makes stuff look so easy its not even funny. We also got him for nothing, not going to throw salt into the wound though.
I am giving this one last chance, because this game has unimpressed me bigtime. Hopefully your rosters + sliders help me have fun, as this is my favorite sport.

It was his next-to-last roster upload. His last one had a hidden name filter block so I used the one prior. He and I had pm'd privately and he was supportive of my using it so we could get the best of all worlds in one file. I've been using this same file since the end of March, so it now has nearly 4 months of work on it.

So the minors are pretty much complete? Btw I started a franchise so I appreciate this I spent 15 minutes taking my xbox downstairs and hooking up to live to d/l it. The only thing that bother me is that you have Cordero at an 88, I would give him about a 12, but that is because I hate him :/ Great rosters. I can tell the Reds are good, I was mostly wondering about other teams.

LTrain's minor league file was probably 85-90% complete on this file I used. I believe (after doing some research) that my file contains the top 200 prospects, plus other minor leaguers and EVERY player who has been on a major league roster this year. I've reviewed some files on 2k Share... They have 1) not done anything close to what I have or 2) they've actually taken my file (I've got a couple hidden things in there that only I know of).

You'll find I've combed over every team and these rosters have so many hours invested in them I couldn't even tell you how many in total. I know Cordero had a bad night the other day, but to date he's been one of the best closers in all of baseball.

Just trying to see what you think about this:

Eric Thames (TOR) Has turned into a nice HR hitter. You have his Power at 57 (L) and 53 (R)

What's your opinion on him? I think his contact should be lowered slightly and his power upped slightly. Just because I dont think I'll ever be able to hit a HR with him in-game :P

He just hit his 4th home run today... Let's give it awhile. When that file was posted he only had 3, and it took him a week to hit his 4th (previous HR was on 7-3). I think an unbiased look at Thames will show those attributes to be very fair to this point, wouldn't you agree? Thanks!
