Can you post an updated offline file with this fix & anymore players that are suggested for this fix? That would be great if you can do that. If you get anymore request then fix those 1st & then you can post the offline file if you don't care. Thanks.

See if this one works. The only thing changed with this is James Paxton and Danny Hultzen switched ID. Not sure of any problems this may have caused or will cause.

@jmc, mkharsh, justblaze, shogun, or any other roster editor. . .have any of you had any contact with the creator of Reditor? Or, have you purchased the paid version?

Also, when creating a player, what is the best way to go about doing that? Creating the player in game? Or through the editor?

The create a player function is messed up a bit I think. When it goes to the screen and asks to enter name, it shows LAST for both first and last names. This is tied to the Aaron Judge thing I mentioned before I'd bet.

To avoid name glitches I would use a separate default roster file to create as many players as needed in-game, then use the editor to copy and paste them over to the main roster file.

Editing question for those out there. . .Aaron Judge's name over the PA system in game says Aaron Aaron. I've noticed trying to create another player, when I put in the first name it sticks. But when I enter a last name, it changes to the first name of the player. . .hence the Aaron Aaron occurrence. Anybody have any knowledge of this issue or what the cause is?

I could care less about the PA announcing his name as such. But, I am wondering if there is some kind of issue with created players.

Somehow this may tie into the few certain pitchers that have the pitch tendency problem.

Since the last name Judge is not in the game I used the name Aaron instead to get the game's announcers to pronounce it during game play. I did this for couple players who's last names are not in the game. If you use the name Judge for a last name when creating a player the game will say the name Aaron instead.

ALL TEAMS UPDATED with MASSIVE RATINGS EDITS!!!

Thanks to jmc and all roster editors here! Each team has been edited - all players on the MLB roster as well as some other players throughout. This file is NOT perfect, but numerous hours have been added on my end of helping enhance this outstanding roster for the 2017 season.

I used MODIO to rehash/resign the file - you'll need to copy and paste the 3 sets of ID #'s (device, profile and console) that you see are zeroed out.

How do I correct the ID? Is it the Global_ID next to the AppID? Or the ID on the far left in the editor?

What is the process of changing a global ID? Can you use any number that's not taken already? Or are the numbers somehow connected to the player and messing with it causes problems?

Ok, what about the same player sharing a global ID? I see numerous players in the editor show up with same global ID, same player, just a different or edited version of the player. Different AppID or TeamID, ratings that are different and so forth.

Felix Hernandez, David Wright, Matt Weiters are just a couple I see quickly.

Edit: It seems these players are possibly Allstars? How does this affect things?

The game has allstar teams so thats what those players are if you read through the editing tutorial it explains what team ids are for all stars. Jmc said their is a certain range for created players, now as far as copying a player or duplicating you would have to ask him as i dont have any keys for editing anything other then the standard create player or editing a fake. remember you can use a fake player but you cant change its name in game only on redit or it will not work in my player mode, it will glitch.

What I found out through trial and error, is that you can't even use the create a player in game. I looked at a roster in reditor after just doing that and there were probably a dozen spots that had the same name as my created player.

I found a work around though.

I opened up one of the already created players in game and found a look alike for the player I wanted to create and edited that player to resemble my newly created player(trying to get Ben Gamel with beard and long hair).

Then in the editor, I assigned Ben Gamel the AppID (appearance ID) of that edited/created player and saved.

Now, I went in game and he looks like he should! I can even now customize what he looks like in game (although, I haven't done this and checked what it does to the file in editor).

This is the only way I could figure out how to customize the look of a player without the full version of the editor(by the way, does anyone have any helpful info on how to obtain the keys or get a hold of Vlad?).

something i caught - Riddle - middle-IF for the Marlins. He needs to have his THROWING ARM changed to RIGHT-HANDED. I thought something looked goofy the other day when I played a random matchup. He's throwing left-handed from the short-stop position. Was kinda funny.

I can repost my roster here in the next couple days (I've done some small additional editing on it) - if someone can go in and fix that and then repost it would be very much appreciated. It cannot be edited manually, but needs someone with the editor to fix him. Many thanks if anyone can do so!!

Haha! I noticed that too. I can change it when you post the roster. You guys have nailed most of the Mariners roster really well. Good work. I am hoping to get the additions to the reditor soon as well.
