First of all, thanks for putting this all together. I haven't really played a baseball game since MLB 2K7. I'm getting back into it since the xbox one doesn't have a proper game and my Cubs are so highly rated!

One question I do have...is it possible for me to make any edits to the roster? I noticed one of the best defensive second basement (Javier Baez) is listed as 3B opposed to 2B.

I am having a hard time getting this year's schedule in, for some reason the game will now freeze when I try to simulate during a franchise. So the schedule for last year will have to stay for now sorry.
I use an editor to make these changes.

For the record - I'm joking.

Looking forward to the next update. I joined a fantasy league this season. I've played this game some. Just trying to get my life back to some for of "normalcy" since our son died - which will be 16 months ago this Sunday. Takes time, but getting there. Glad this thing is still going. jmc deserves a ton of credit - and those who have helped out as well. Means a lot to all of us. Thank you!

I want to say its because of what you started with this roster that i got on board. Its good to hear your coming around, it never gets easier but you will trust in god and he will lead you out of the woods and put you on the right path!

That said i havent had extensive talks with JMC but ill let you guys know as ive kinda put it out there.... but my hope is to migrate the show ratings for 17 in for this game, as JMC did bring a majority of 16 ratings for the base of this year. All future updates can be edited weekly as updates come out but arent necessary but will be easier to work with.

What i am asking from all of us here and to future fans is to survey the minor A,AA rosters and give us any players missing so i can add them, i can do this but its just easier to cycle through teams with info laid out for me. As for AAA and MLB they will be addressed on the show updates, with any prospects called up or players added but with our depth im sure most will already have been created lol.

For the minors i would like to lower ratings on some just to fit them in the minors. I noticed some teams have alot of high 60's and 70's in AAA which as ive seen in the new ratings for 17 that most prospects in AAA are in the lower 60's, so if everyone is okay with that then when the first update comes im going to go full nuclear and really bring this game to life not that the minors matter but for franchise mode will bring them along over time as with some in the minors are major league ready when in fact they probably arent. Just my opinion so its why im asking you guys for yours as well?

Mk and Jmc id like your approval before i do anything as i either will or wont depending on what you guys feel is better to do? I dont want to complicate anything....

I also know the Tigers let a couple of young arms go in Ziomek and Kubitza so i will create the few prospects to replace them.

A question i have is what can we do with the game created fakes? Can i edit them on redit without corruption or will we need to remove them to create spots for real players or can we remove them and replace them with legit players so the full mlb rosters minors n all are on the game with most FA being real prospects and players? What i want to do if possible is have all real players and open up edits for CAPs in the future.

I know the Caps are limited as of now so its why i asked?

So basically everyone relax and do some revising and help us out and ill do my best to bring this all together when the first update comes through and Jmc and Mk if you would like can offer any additions or subtractions going forward. Its gonna be a great season and year!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JMC POST THE LINK TO MKARSH'S SLIDERS ON THE FIRST PAGE. SO EVERYONE CAN GET A BETTER PLAYING EXPERIENCE.

Arrieta needs a good beard and Javy Baez should be 2B primary position. Love you all.

To add to what Derk said.

Christian Bethancourt (Padres) is now considered a reliever who can catch, pinch-hit, and play the outfield.
Wouldn't really consider him high leverage though as he is just starting out.
