Does anyone have the slider #s for the default Legend setting. It's tough to determine what sliders have changed based on the new approach. I think it's easier the way you have it displayed now, but it would also be nice to see slider # setting besides it's location from "Legend Default"Comment

One more question...is everyone seeing a good amount of foul balls? I've turned up the Human and CPU foul ball setting to 75 and I'm seeing some foul balls but I feel like there should be a greater amount.Comment

I did it for all-star a few posts back, not sure why I didn't do it for Legend.
I know I did it for all-star because I was playing default all-star and I wanted to compare themComment

just finished a game with the newest batch of sliders plus a few tweaks to cut down on what seemed like too many strikeouts for my pitchers. (cpu contact +5, cpu take [all 3] -5)

Really fun game overall. Thome crushed a lame fastball that I put about 25% effectiveness on in the 8th. Then Dye hit a complete meatball out in the 9th, so both of these were pretty legit. Carmona and Contreras both had 8K's a piece. I still think that its just a tad to easy to locate the pitches right on the edge.Comment

OK - I have made some changes to these sliders that I'm very happy with
Infielder Reaction speed from -42 to -37 (makes the IF not stand like statues while the ball is in play)
Total Control Pitching from DEFAULT to -20 (too hard to actually throw with control, i was getting crushed by the CPU batters, now I can atleast pitch with some control)
Pitch Speed from DEFAULT to -5 (needed it to be a little slower so I could have a prayer of knowing if the ball would be out of the strike zone)
I am completely fed up with the CPU big hitters all crushing the ball no matter where or what I throw them.....I am gonna start to tinker with the CPU hitting nowComment

Hey you guys getting robbed with all these wild pitches and passed balls. especially when you try to throw any pitch in the lower half of the strikezone. Im not saying these sliders in particular but in general is there a slider to make the catchers not let pitches pass them by.
For me the key is to make sure I am throwing to the catchers glove. If he asks for it low and inside and I want to go outside I reposition the catcher there. I was getting a lot more wild pitches when I threw it where i wanted without moving the catcher. It was almost like I crossed him up by throwing away from where he was set up. YMMV.Comment

hey all, this is my first time posting. first i wanna say thanks to Joe and everyone else for this thread. i think its great that people wanna get this game as real as possible. ive followed Joe's instructions to the tee, but i still get the customL sliders to revert to customA when i change certain sliders. is anyone else coming across this. does anyone have a fix for this. i thank you in advance.Comment

The result of these change you should see Custom-A not custom-L. If you see custom-P you changed something too far.Comment

Ok i have tried these sliders and like what i am seeing. I have made a few changes to the slider set in regards to cpu and human hitting contact and i am seeing some really good results.
AI Batting contact +12
AI Batting contact -1
Pitcher Difficulty set to default on the legend slider
Try that out folks i have played many games and i am seing lots of variety of hits. I am getting around 8-10 hits a game with around a homer a game.
