Yeah, I saw the pitch success raised to 75 which I figured was a counter balance. The question I then had is would this raised pitch success result in less walks as the CPU paints the black easier? I noticed CPU strike zone tendency is at 0 though (I usually play with it at 5) so that should counter balance that. I have a little slider research of my own going at the moment but your sliders seem really solid so I'm going to give them a shot.
It looks like the 40 60 100 cpu batting sliders should give them more extra base hits but lower the total number of hits. That's a good thing, I get way too many singles.
I see you lowered fielder speed to 50. I did this recently as well. With the default 60 it seemed like nothing fell in the gaps. I was able to get to balls with McLouth that even Willies Mays would've let drop.
How does user power shake out with the 50 50 75 setting? I play with the Braves so I don't have many power guys (you play with the Yanks, right?) but my power numbers are 10 homeruns shy of what the Braves are doing in real life. Pretty low. Mainly I'm low on extra base hits, too many singles. Do these sliders produce an accurate variety of hit types?
Thanks Joe!
