
First off, I play exclusively with the Atlanta Braves. The Braves as a team have strong starting pitching, line drive hitters, but very little power. As a result, if you play with a team like the Phillies who have a lot of power, these settings might result in too many homeruns.
I use standard controls (swing stick and break point pitching).
As I update my settings, I will UPDATE THIS FIRST POST. I will also make a reply showing/discussing the changes as I go along.

The only other setting I've tweaked so far is the batting camera. I moved the zoom setting to 1. I sit about 8-10' away from a 42" Sharp Aquos and sometimes I have trouble picking up the ball because of the zoom. This helped a lot.
