[QUOTE=bulls23;2040891758]Thanks for the input guys. Lowered contact for Human and CPU to 35, raised Fielder Speed to 40 for both. I'm a bit more conservative raising FS any higher at this time.[/QUOTE

    so bulls,
i see you lowered contact for both user and cpu to 35, but what about the power for both? do you still have it at 95 or 90?

What up BC....good to hear from you bro...long time

Well...thats more on me actually. I could walk a lot more if I was patient. I usually draw 1 walk a game...but could be more like 2-3 a game if I wasn't so darn swing happy( no check swing does not help)

I I am very aggressive pitching, as I am a big corner/edge guy. Once again...thats probably mor eon me than anything bro.

Power still at 95, but thinking about raising it back to 100 to counter the fielder speed.

To the poster above about walks, I draw an average of 2 a game. In fact if you look at my first post, the second game, you'll see 13 walks total (6 for the Reds and 7 for the Cardinals). Even my pitcher drew a walk from the CPU.

oh ok, i hear ya but don't you feel that would amount to too many homers? and i gotta tell you that the sliders really work for me, so thanks for helping me enjoy this year's game more than the the show '10.

Moving the contact down to 35 for each side and raising the fielder speed to 50 each has really fixed this game for me.
I played two games last night and had 8 hits the first game and 10 the second.

Thanks blue and OP. That's good to know, but I think I have to tinker with these using RS hitting. I have to have a check swing or I will have 10-12 K's per game lol.

You're welcome, glad you're enjoying the sliders. Power seems lacking in the game with classic hitting therefore the slider needs to be pretty high to even hit homeruns IMHO.

That's what I enjoy about them also....every game seems to have a different feel to it. I was rolling along in my Cubs franchise, then out of nowhere, the D-Backs come into Wrigley and give me the beat down in every way they could.

I'm having a blast with these. Great work. Hope you don't mind but I've just uploaded them to 2k share (PS3).

My only problem with them now is I strike out the cpu way too much with contact at 35.
I am striking the cpu out 15 to 17 times per game.

max out the pitching meter to 100... trust me, it makes it makes pitching seem so much more real. it's still kinda easy early in the game, but then around the 5th inning it starts to show itself. I walked 5 guys the other day (2 intentional)... i like that in a game. anything lower and it's too easy...

Yes I agree. Also I have raised CPU contact to 45 and I just got pounded by the Rays.

These sliders with a few tweaks has me in love with the hit-stick. It feels soo good when you catch one.

I plaed two games last night and only struck out the cpu 8 times the first game and 6 the second. Man I am loving these sliders, I am now 11-7 in my Reds season.

Do you guys use the L-Stick with classic hitting? Also, when you hit homers do you use the L-stick or is it just timing?
