It's in the options on the 2k website. Have to login to your 2k user, go to your profile and hunt through those options. There's a place to link up several different things including your gamertag. Pretty sure linking the gamertag is how you post the box scores. It's been several weeks since I did it.

4 CPU HR's in 8 Games is about half as many as they should hit. Homeruns should average 1 per game, .7 per game on the low end, 1.3 on the high end.

That is still more than they've been hitting against me. In my last 8 games the CPU has only hit 1 homerun and it was hit by a red hot Tulo (91 power at the time). The problem I'm having is the hit totals are about right, the CPU isn't scoring enough runs off of those hits which I'm attributing to too many singles, not enough extra base hits, especially homeruns. Low walk total, untimely K's / DP's and low AVG w/ RISP could also contribute to lower CPU run totals per the amount of hits. Hopefully 40/80 CPU batting will fix this.

User batting is right about where it should be. Hit totals, extra base hits, homeruns, runs scored, strikeouts, walks - all about where they should be. I'm sticking with 35/70 for the user.

Also their are too many singles because your contact maybe is too high or maybe you need to raise pitcher success or something along these lines. I have played 3 games with cpu and user at 30 contact and 70 power and the cpu has averaged 7.5 hits and 5.4 runs and I have averaged 7.0 hits a game and 4.3 runs a games. And it would have been lower if 1 of my games havent gone to 11 innings. Cpu averaged 9 k's and I averaged 10 k's and each teamed averaged around 2 walks a game. They had 3 homers and I had 4, they averaged 2.8 singles per double so like 2 double 5 singles a game, and I had about 1 more double in all, tell me what you think.

Those stats are all good, except for K's being too high. Average for K's is 7 I think.

This game was a SLUGFEST. Jurrjens was rolling until I pulled him in the 7th inning because of pitch count. It took a combination of Linebrink, Moylan and Sherrill to get through the 8 run 7th inning. I hung 3 more on them in the 8th and it was just enough. Venters gave up 1 in the bottom of the 8th, Kimbrel gave up a few hits in the 9th but was able to strikeout the final batter with Runners on second and third. It was a wild game.

The nationals have done this to me before - had really big innings. I'm going to lower the pitcher composure slider back to 0 to help with the big innings for both sides.

The encouraging thing is that the Nationals had 4 doubles and a triple to go along with the 11 singles. 11 runs is about right for 16 hits.

I had no issues with power. I think I had 7 doubles and 3 homeruns in that game. I always crush Chin Ming Wang who was the nationals starter.

Hopefully over 5-10 games these numbers average out. I've really been crushing the ball lately which might be due to how well my team is doing in the current season - top 5 team in the power rankings. Heyward is out of the lineup with an injury and I'm still killing it. Earlier in the season there were times when I had trouble scoring runs though - I think I'm just on a hot streak right now. If the offense keeps up, what I will probably do is raise cpu pitch success. Maybe bump cpu pitch success up by 5 and also user contact by 5 to cut down on some of the strikeouts.

Over the past 10 games I've kept all of the user batting and cpu pitching the same and I've averaged 5.5 runs, 10.4 hits, 1.1 homeruns per game, 8.9 strikeouts and 2.4 walks.

Runs are too high - over the top end average of 5.0 per game.
Hits are too high - over the top end average of 9.5 per game.
Home runs are just about right between the average and top end average.
K's are too high - over the top end average of 8.3 per game
Walks are too low - under the low end average of 2.75 per game.

I think the lower walk and higher strikeout totals are due to me pressing, trying NOT to strikeout because I know K's are too high. Raising user contact to 40 should help this. More foul balls, able to work the count more, hopefully less K's and more walks. At 35 contact a lot of times the defensive swing is pointless as it just leads to strikeouts. Hopefully 40 contact is enough that I can foul off some pitches.

With higher pitch counts, that means more pitches will be thrown. Some cpu pitchers have a good pitch count range of 85 - 105 or so, while others are too low, 75-90 pitches. I think I'm going to lower fatigue to 45 and see how I like it.

Scoring about 1/2 to a run per game more than I should which is likely due to getting 1 to 1.5 hits per game too many. Raising user contact to 40 certainly won't help this, so CPU pitch success needs to go up. I'm not entirely sure how much effect pitch success has, I'm hesitant about whether or not I should raise it 5 points or 10 points. I don't want to over compensate so I'm going to start at 5 points (90) and if hits remain too high I'll raise it another 5 points (95).

I think another thing leading to a few too many user runs is how many throwing errors the CPU makes. I'm going to lower the CPU throwing error slider and raise the gather error. I never see CPU gather errors. By the same token, I see user gather errors but I rarely make a throwing error so I'm going to raise user throwing errors.

Even if its just by 5 points? Do you think raising user contact by 5 points will offset this somewhat? I also wasn't sure if CPU pitch success would also lead to more user k's making it pointless to raise success and contact.

1.1 home runs per game is within average range, however, in my season the Braves lead the NL in homeruns and the second place Rockies are 23 homeruns behind (roughly 20% less). Braves have a good lineup but other than Uggla don't have a true homerun hitter - more of a high OBP and doubles team.

i think that the pitching success rate def effects the HR's etc on human side.

i was using the all star default pitch success at 55 i do believe.. with all the other tweaks for hitting, between all these threads. i hit a decent amount of HR's. i moved it up to 80, and the long ball is not there as much.

i played a 3 game set yesterday (mlb today games) between the Mets and Phillies. lost game one 7-3 (0 HR's combined).. i won game two 3-1 (0 HR's combined) and i lost game three 8-3 (4 HR's combined.. 3 for Phillies, 1 for Mets)..

im getting solid hit stats in each game as well.. 8 to 11 a game etc!! im not very good, so i use 40 contact 80 power (cpu set as the same). i had the contact at 45 and i was smashing the ball way to much, when i bumped it down the games evened out for me. win some, lose some etc.

i may bump down the pitch success slider from 80 to say 70 and see how it plays out for me. if i have to much success i obviously have wiggle room to drop from 40 to 35 or 30 in contact.

most def impressed with this games fun factor this year and that the long ball isnt all we see like years past!!

At 35/70 user batting I'm striking out too much and not walking enough so I'm hoping raising contact by 5 (40/70) will help this.

I'm also scoring too many runs and getting too many hits. Raising contact to 40 will not help this so I thought that raising cpu pitch success from 85 to 90 would offset the raise in contact and also lower hits/runs slightly.

I wouldnt compare your stats to other teams simmed stats in your season.
The sim stats are pretty messed up in this game.
The Reds led the league last year with 188 HRS which = 1.1 per game.
So hitting 1.1 hrs per game is not that bad.

It's on the stuff I posted above, I play with the Braves. 3.51 ERA. Has been as low as 3.3ish though. ERA sim stats are a little low in this game. Everything else seems about right. In my season the top HR hitting team (yanks) average 1.3 per game so far this year.

Over the past 10 games I've kept all of the user batting and cpu pitching the same and I've averaged 5.5 runs, 10.4 hits, 1.1 homeruns per game, 8.9 strikeouts and 2.4 walks.

Runs are too high - over the top end average of 5.0 per game.
Hits are too high - over the top end average of 9.5 per game.
Home runs are just about right between the average and top end average.
K's are too high - over the top end average of 8.3 per game
Walks are too low - under the low end average of 2.75 per game.

I think the lower walk and higher strikeout totals are due to me pressing, trying NOT to strikeout because I know K's are too high. Raising user contact to 40 should help this. More foul balls, able to work the count more, hopefully less K's and more walks. At 35 contact a lot of times the defensive swing is pointless as it just leads to strikeouts. Hopefully 40 contact is enough that I can foul off some pitches.

With higher pitch counts, that means more pitches will be thrown. Some cpu pitchers have a good pitch count range of 85 - 105 or so, while others are too low, 75-90 pitches. I think I'm going to lower fatigue to 45 and see how I like it.

Scoring about 1/2 to a run per game more than I should which is likely due to getting 1 to 1.5 hits per game too many. Raising user contact to 40 certainly won't help this, so CPU pitch success needs to go up. I'm not entirely sure how much effect pitch success has, I'm hesitant about whether or not I should raise it 5 points or 10 points. I don't want to over compensate so I'm going to start at 5 points (90) and if hits remain too high I'll raise it another 5 points (95).

I think another thing leading to a few too many user runs is how many throwing errors the CPU makes. I'm going to lower the CPU throwing error slider and raise the gather error. I never see CPU gather errors. By the same token, I see user gather errors but I rarely make a throwing error so I'm going to raise user throwing errors.

All of these changes are reflected in the first post.

I think any adjustments should be made in 5 increments, because I know stats are somewhat skewed, but it plays a good game of baseball, just have to adjust slightly to get right results.

Also to everyone when posting here make sure it is just on played games, we have no control over simmed stats. I am really worried that when patch does comes out, if they make any gameplay changes or fix fatigue that it might be back to drawing board for sliders.

Its funny our stats are almost the same.
My team BA is .307, my team ERA is 3.55 and I have hit 17 hrs in 16 games or 1.06 per game. I am 10-6 with the Reds so far.
