Re: MizzouRah - Analog/Pure control pitching 2k12 sliders
yeah i get struck out looking quite a bit also. been taking some walks though. imy highest batting avaerage is .255 lol and thats cargo. i need to get better at making the spectacular infield plays they make. 5-11 so far, cubs have a rough starting schedule though.Comment

Re: MizzouRah - Analog/Pure control pitching 2k12 sliders
I keep hearing about patience and I have gotten extremely good at patience. That may explain why most of my K's (60% or higher each game) are those I just look at and my team K's per game are about 9 per game, just as they were before I got patient. In the mean time, my walks have not increased one bit, 3 seeming to be the most I am allowed to have and that happens very rarely. The number of times I have watched 3-0 and 3-1 counts turn into strikeouts while watching pitches go by is crazy. Gotta swing at some point.Comment

Re: MizzouRah - Analog/Pure control pitching 2k12 sliders
I don't know, maybe it's just me, but if I was pitching and the opponent was starting to clobber me, I would tend to throw out of the strike zone until they manager pulled me, not keep throwing over the middle of the plate pitch after pitch.Comment

Re: MizzouRah - Analog/Pure control pitching 2k12 sliders
i bumped pitch speed up to 75 for user and cpu and i just put the batting on default pro for user and cpu.Comment

Re: MizzouRah - Analog/Pure control pitching 2k12 sliders
I am still going fellas, i am in September trying to get one of the wildcard spots, since phillies have a 10+ lead in east. Really tight race.
Patch has smoothed out fielding and running, and this game really rocking right now for me. All types of games, and do not feel cheated anymore on some fielding plays.Comment

I'm bummed 2K has ended the series, but I suspect that that there will be rosters for next year, or I will actually just continue my franchise. This game just plays a great game of ball.Comment
