As Bigglesworth astutely pointed out on another forum, they dont have a lot of complaints for EA and so even 20 complaints will draw attention. Apparently EA is required to respond to each and every complaint. If EA is going to be immune to caveat venditor and implied warranties via the the law that gives them a free pass because its opened software then their customer service should be far better than what people have seen. Anyway, hopefully the complaints might help create the impetus behind EA putting out a player progression patch and replacement disk.

I definitely agree that perhaps even 20 complaints might be enough to at least get some wheels spinning over in Redwood City. That would be a major increase over their usual 4 complaints a month. -

i wrote in and complained.. the gameplay is great but the teams only carrying 10players? how could they miss this.. the player progression is stevie wonder doing the q&a? its like the NBA officals did the testing to blind to see anything.
but back to the topic i dont think complain to the bbb will do anything but hell its worth a try.Comment

Sweet, lets all complain.. that way next year, when they release the game, they will remove all the features so they don't have to worry about bugs or "holes."
