How the heck does that guy still have over a million dollars left after adding new seating and buying concessions? I only got 2 mill to start out with so I don't know what he's doing.

You can choose your starting budget... medium is like 2 mill, large is like 5 mill.

So he must have done large.

I don't think this is the only way to be successful. I'm gonna do some simming and experiement with this.

Oh and I traded Konerko for prospects, and then I got an email from my financial advisor saying that since my payroll has changed drastically that my media deal also changed to relect that? WHAT?! Are you telling me that I will make less money from my media deal if I dump payroll? If so, that sucks, BUT is realistic. People don't wanna watch a bad team. Has anyone else seen this?

Well, I am the nationals and I am taking it one game at a time. Anyone who has done Washington knows about the 9 game road trip to start off the season. Well still have 3 games till I get my first home game. I am about $1 Million in debt and am getting worried because I lose money each game. When I begin my 9 game home stretch, will I gain Most of that, if not all back? I have 20,000 seats, 4 concessions, and 2 stores. I also have some promotional days, including opening day.

Okay...

I figured out the television contract... it is pretty stupid.

I doubled my payroll by signing everyone to twice as much money...

I simmed a few days, then I got this email saying the television contract had been readjusted.

So basically, if you overspend, not only are you not good at budgeting, but you also get a safety net with the television contract increasing.

Cheap cheap cheap!!!

Anyways, I won't save it... I'll pay these guys those bucks when they ask for it.
