Where are all the Yankee haters?

Looks like they've gone back into their hole after the current winning streak.

I actually had one idiot tell me how the Yanks would be fighting with the D-Rays for last place in the AL East the whole season.

Now only if the O's would stop winning.............

Nah, they all just thought it would be cool to be like you and hop on the bandwagon.

And I wouldn't be getting too excited just yet, they are still as close to last place as they are first, and this current win streak is against the two teams in the cellar in the AL West.

Now only if the O's would stop winning.............

What makes you think they are going to keep it up...their just as likely to go back on their slump as quick as they went on this losing streak. I'm not saying that they will end up last place but I dont see them sailing as smoothly as they have. They lost a series to the D-Rays then went and beat Seattle and Oakland (not a terribly great feat). So lets wait a little before you start bragging. They are still not .500 yet

I was cheering for the Yanks when their rotation consisted of Cary, Leary, Hawkins, LaPoint, and Witt.

Before it's all said and done the Yanks will be in the playoffs. A team like the Yanks can be exposed over a best out of 5/7 but not over a 162 game schedule.

I hate the Yankees but I never said that they would be fighting the Devil Rays for last place. I still think they'll win the division or maybe if they falter a little take the wild card.

We are back to .500. That is it.

Still have to win a ton of games to get out of this hole.

Some of the haters have been pretty funny, but still a long way to go until we can plan the parade.

And we all know what happens when you start to celebrate a little too early.

It's no real big feat to go on a winning streak against a bad pitching team like the Mariners and the second worst team in baseball in Oakland. They may very well be over .500 after the road trip ends but let's see where they are when the competition picks up again. They could very well have confidence and play well the rest of the way and make the playoffs, or go right back to where they started after the Mariners series.

Anyways, I digress....The Yankees are on a hot streak against the 2 bottom feeders of the West(a bad division anyways). The A's have NO hitting, and the Mariners havent had good pitching. Let them get back to a team with a more well rounded style and the regular bad Yanks are going to show back up.

Honestly, I understand how it would upset most people, and one may even think he just does it for attention, but there's nothing in the TOS that says he can't cheer for any team he wants to.

Just try to ignore him if it upsets you that much.

Ok, this is the last post on that topic, let's get back to hating on the Yankees.

Here's to BigTim for always being there to put asianflow in his place.

One thing though, asianflow is not really a bandwagon fan. He didn't take the Yanks out of his sig when they were in last, he's just a fan of a lot of teams so he's guaranteed to be a winner.
