I'd say a lot of them are because Manny has one of the weakest arms in baseball and players and coaches are constantly challenging him on it. The more attempts you get would logically mean the more assists you are likely to get.

I'd say a lot of them are because Manny has one of the weakest arms in baseball and players and coaches are constantly challenging him on it. The more attempts you get would logically mean the more assists you are likely to get.

I wouldn't say Manny has one of the weakest arm's in baseball, but it's a combination of coaches trying to challenge him and the fact that Manny has a very quick release and makes accurate throws.

You obviously don't watch him play everyday. Usually his lobs come when there is no play and he's just trying to get it back into the infield quickly.

I don't have to watch him play everyday to judge his arm. It's weak. Plain and simple. I've watched him play enough over the past 10 years to come to that conclusion.
