They've had em for a while.

That only get the ALDS and NLDS. FOX handles all the Championship Series and World Series games.

You sure? I remember every single Yankee ALDS game on FOX the last couple years I'm almost positive.

There is a look at some of the postseason games last year. We had two games on ESPN last year.

Yea. Usually the Yankees have played on Fox, probably because they are a big market. I'm pretty sure game 2 vs. the Twins last year was on ESPN though.

I WANT the Yankees to win, so they can lose to Boston........

I do think they will win though, they have a lot of momentum after coming back to win the division after the year theyve had. Angels win Colon's start and MAYBE another one, but I think this will go to the Yankees.

But In all honesty, I hate both of these teams.

I take the Angels in 5, just because they have Vladdy.

I'd rather have the 10pm start than the 4pm start they had against the Twinkies the last two years.

I believe this will be the best first round series. I see it going 5 and the yankees winning it.

                            Re: Yankees vs. Angels (ALDS)

Infielders Jason Giambi, Tino Martinez, Robinson Cano, Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez and Mark Bellhorn; catchers Jorge Posada and John Flaherty and outfielders Gary Sheffield, Bernie Williams, Hideki Matsui, Ruben Sierra and Bubba Crosby will all be on the roster.

The 14th spot should go to Tony Womack, who is the Yankees' best stolen-base threat off the bench.

Should they decide to take an 11th pitcher, it looks as though that decision will be between left-hander Alan Embree and right-hander Jaret Wright. If Torre opts for the position player, it would likely be Matt Lawton, unless he is taken as one of the 14 instead of Womack.

The 10 pitchers on the roster are expected to be starters Mike Mussina, Randy Johnson, Shawn Chacon, Chien-Ming Wang and Aaron Small, and relievers Mariano Rivera, Tom Gordon, Tanyon Sturtze, Al Leiter and Scott Proctor.

Reserve players Mike Vento, Andy Phillips and relievers Ramiro Mendoza and Felix Rodriguez will go home from Boston. Left-hander Wayne Franklin and infielder Felix Escalona will report to the Yankees' complex in Tampa to work out in case they are needed beyond the first round.
I swear, if Embree makes the playoff roster, I'm going to stab somebody. I can't believe Proctor made it either. Atleast Franklin and F-Rod aren't on it.

It's pretty much pick your poison. None of our relievers outside of Mo, Gordon and Sturtze have a prayer to get somebody out. Maybe Leiter if he's having a good day, but I hate bringing him in as a reliever cause his control is so wretched.

We need a match-up lefty though (which Leiter definately isn't), and since Franklin isn't on the roster I'd be willing to bet that Embree will be.

I'm glad F-Rod is on his way out, whatta friggen bust he was. He was like the second coming of Quantrill. I was so pumped when the Yanks got these two guys because I thought every game would be six innings, followed by Quantrill or F-Rod, then Gordon and lastly Mo.

So this is what it comes down to, I can completely see our post season success coming down to Sturtze, Leiter and Proctor.

I think the Yankees matchup favorably to every team besides the Angels. I think the Angels are the most balance team in the AL and are my pick to win the AL pennant. Angels in 5.
