Ok....Ainsworth tore his rotator cuff AND labrum at the same time, how the hell is he worth signing?

Most likely to plug a hole at either AAA or AA.

The Minnesota Twins sign P's Ryan Glynn and Pete Munro and OF's Tim Raines Jr. and Ruben Sierra to minor league contracts

Ruben Sierra always seems to hit HRs at the Metrodome. Hopefully he can hit a few this year(probably will end up on the MLB roster after spring training).

Red Sox gave up to much for Coco Crisp and company. Mota was fine you could give him away for all I care but Marte who is considered one of the best 3rd base prospects and Shoppach who will probably be a solid catcher in a few years is to much.

I don't see Shoppach, being anything more than a backup in Cleveland unless Victor Martinez is traded or something.

That sucks I didn't want to see him leave the padres he did pretty well coming out of the pen last year. That a nice pickup for the Redsox.

The St.Louis Cardinals sign P Blaine Neal

Nice pick up for the Cards, I think he's a solid arm in the pen and adds to needed depth.

I think he and Boras were asking for 5 yrs 55 million, which would explain why LA didn't even offer him arbitration.

There are a lot of rumors of the Angels going after him, although a bunch of teams should jump in when he ends up having to sign a 1 year 6 million dollar deal somewhere.

Ya, at this point, all you are going to get is a 1 year deal, and see if you can perform to get that multi year deal next offseason.
