That is the only reason why people aren't annihilating you more than you deserve based on your comments in this thread. Obviously you are a fanboy, and I acted similarly at your age, but there's at least 20 people who visit the baseball board that have known the game for a lot longer than you've been alive. These people, along with myself, would agree that Hafner and Liriano deserve to go to the game.
Any argument that opposes this is inherently wrong.
You cant say that these guys arent deserving, besides maybe AJP, but you cant be mad at him, he didnt put himself on the ballot. You cant blame the White Sox fans either because obviously we are going to vote for our own players.Comment

And us SOX fans could be mad too...Crede deserved to be in their just as much as Schilling! But Glaus is in there...I thought for sure Crede was going to be in there, he's been great ever since there were rumors of us trading him for Chavez last year. IMO Glaus should be staying home with his .240 AVG, and Crede should be shipped to the ASG.Comment

Re: A.J. Pierzynski and Nomar Garciaparra won Final Ballot
There is no way you can say Crede deserves to be there more than Glaus. He's been one of the best players on one of the better teams in the American League, and along with Wells, has kept the Jays in a solid third place in the AL East.Comment

I seriously love how everyone hates AJP...I would HATE AJ if he wasnt on the Sox so i dont blame you guys at all...I would probably HATE Ozzie too, but thank god these 2 our playing and coaching on our team or we would still be waiting for 'That Year'Comment

Another reason I think BA by itself is a useless stat.Comment

Cool about the sign and possible T-Shirt. Maybe FOX will pan the crowd and see you. I'd love to hear Buck and McCarver try to figure out what OS stands for.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Glaus: http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/player...e?statsId=6063
.339 for Crede
.342 for Glaus
Glaus has a decent OBP considering his BA. Crede has a terrible OBP for his BA. Shows he doesn't walk much. He also doesn't K much though.Comment

Sunday is the Future's Game. I'm going, but probably won't take many pics.
Monday is the Derby. Couldn't go to that.
Tuesday is the game. Going to try to take a lot of pics for this one.Comment
