Re: ESPN has hit a new low.
They should get rid of all the analysts and just keep Karl Ravech to do the highlights, that way we could get longer highlights also. The only ones who I can stand on the show are Ravech, Gammons, and Kurkjian.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

Re: ESPN has hit a new low.
Need Kruk for me... he's great. And Cowherd was going on and on today about how ESPN has a bias against the Yankees... Screw you Colin! How about ESPN just ignore the Yanks like they do with 28 or so other teams outside of the Yankees and Red Sox. Bias my foot... If you only watched ESPN you would seriously think the Yankees and Sox are the only two teams that exist.http://flotn.blogspot.com

If they would do Ravech-Kruk-Gammons-Kurkjian every night, it'd make the show a million times more watchable.Comment

Heck just Ravech-Kruk-Gammons would be perfect... throw HR back into that team and you'll have the glory team of Baseball Tonight back and kicking.http://flotn.blogspot.com

Re: ESPN has hit a new low.
It's not as bad as NFL Live is in the offseason. My god, that is terrible. They always have these hypothetical situations which are ridiculous. Two that I remembe of the top of my head are...
1. What if Reggie Bush had stayed for his senior season at USC, would you draft him ahead of Calvin Johnson?
2. If LeBron played in the NFL, what position would he play?
Who cares? Neither situation is applicable to the NFL.
I hate how ESPN has tried to stretch their NFL coverage year round. Ugh.
And btw, Baseball Tonight hit a low of epic proportions a while ago, when they did the whole "rock concert" commercial with Gammons and Kruk dressed up as Black Sabbath members. Painful stuff.Comment

Re: ESPN has hit a new low.
True but at least that sorta deals with athletes. This had a "competitor" enter in a boxing robe with oven mitts on his hands as they cut to a "rock-paper-scissors" analyst discussing proper strategy. And they do it all with a strait face.:y4:University of Oregon
