Re: High Heat Sightings and First Impressions here...

Ok after spending a little time updating the rosters I noticed a few players who's names you have to change. Most of them are the same every year.

On the Red Sox, there are 2 generic players, for Lou Merloni and Benny Agbayani. On the Yanks, there are generic players for Contreras and Matsui. There's a generic player for Brian Daubach in the Free Agents. I don't know if he signed with anyone yet so I left him in the FA list. You also need to change Rick Reed on the Twins.

If I come across anymore I will let you know.

            Found this over at HH.net

Its the first attempt at a misnamed players list. I don't know exactly how accurate it is, but I noticed several of the same ones.

This is not 100% accurate... this is just my take on who they are, I suppose...

            Red Sox:
            Mike Kamuela is Benny Agbayani
            Bob Franklin is Lou Merloni

            Yankees:
Wally Tayer is Hideki Matsui (change from Switch hitter to Left handed hitter)
            Franco Ramirez is Jose Contreras

            Blue Jays:
            Jamie Aldridge is Cory Lidle

            Devil Rays:
Sterling Ferrar is Josh Hamilton (height and weight have to be changed greatly)
Frank Murphy is ? (I'm thinking John Frascatore, but I'm not sure)
Miguel Alvarez is ? (again... no clue)

            Indians:
Dave Elder is Jake Westbrook (height and weight upped) or Alex Herrera (changed from lefty to righty)

            Tigers:
            Steven Jenkins is Jamie Walker

            Royals:
            Jon Robertson is Ken Harvey

            Twins:
            Dave Wilkins is Rick Reed

            Angels:
            Steven Thomas is Brendan Donnelly

            A's:
            Dan Turner is Frank Menechino

            Cubs:
            Joe Thomas is Damian Miller
(Also... Hee Seop Choi has to be changed to a 1B and his height and weight have to be greatly increased)

            Astros:
            Greg Arnold is Kirk Saarloos

            Pirates:
            Jimmy Watson is Matt Herges

            Free Agents:
            Tim Labrie is Brian Daubach

Something interesting I just noticed. I started a franchise with the Brewers, played my first game then went over to the free agent list to see if I could find a decent back up outfielder and who do I find ? Magglio Ordonez. I checked the transations and he wasn't cut by the White Sox or injured. Some of you who have started a franchise please check and see if you see any star players in the free agent list.

If possible, to those who have the game, could you inform me who is on the Padres roster and some of their minor leaguers. Thanks.

I just tested it and I don't see anything strange. Not saying there's nothing wrong, just that I can't replicate your problem.

I don't want to fan the flames on this reported 2-out scoring issue, but i was reading the boards at IGN and some guy said he experienced and and asked if anyone else did. It even cost him the game cause it was the 9th inning. He honestly didn't sound like he was trolling; i doubt he had any prior knowledge of these reports. He was simply asking if anyone else has seen it.
