The Orioles had a decent team last year, decent enough to actually be a .500 team as late as August I believe.

But how the hell do you explain their 4-32 finish? That is just insanity. I'm an O's fan but I just don't see what the hell happened.

I went to about 10 games last year, most of them before their huge collapse late in the season, and even when they were doing well attendance was down. Peter Angelos really destroyed this franchise, I have lost alot of interest in the O's simply because of the way he handles things. I hate giving that man my money, but I can't help that I love going to baseball games.

Orioles are definitely headed up. Hargrove has done an insanely good job over the past 4 years.
Orioles lineup, as much as it's criticized is not that bad IMO.

Richards, Gibbons, Segui, Matthews, Batista. They can all put up very nice numbers IF THEY'D STAY HEALTHY!!!

Our pitching staff is decent too, Lopez, Ponson, Daal should all do excellent. Johnson, if he would do like he did two years ago, would be nice, but I don't see him having much of a future, honestly.

Our bullpen is insane. Definitely the best in the AL East anyway. If Buddy Groom doesn't go to the All Star game, someone will die. Watch out for Jorge too, he tore it up in Winter ball.

Defense is very nice as well. Mora is incredible, he could probably play catcher and gun out 30%. Ok, I'm exxagerating, but seriously, that man can play anywhere.

The only positions I'm concerned about on D are up the middle. I'd prefer if they put Mora and Roberts there honestly. Get Hairston out of there, he can make spectacular plays, but he screws up the easiest ones. Devi Cruz, I don't feel too confident with, but you never know. Anyways...put Richards, Matthews, and Gibbons in the outfield, Conine at DH/1B to give Segui a break once in a while.

I'm so hyped about this season, I can't wait. 3rd place here we come.

One other thing to note, they don't have T-Ba's stance in the game. It's a travesty, I tell ya. But, at least, Jorges throwing 99 MPH fastballs, giddy up! (Unlike WSB last year).

I was reading that the Royals want both Lopez and Julio for Beltran....so one of those guys might be gone before the year starts. Don't know what the pirates wanted for Giles. I almost feel like getting rid of Julio, he reminds me too much of Armondo Benitiz, who single handedly lost the 97 ALCS for us (Okay, w/ a little help from Lenny Webster).
It's pretty much my favorite animal. It's like a lion and a tiger mixed... bred for its skills in magic.

that's strange because they had batista's stance in HH 2003 and it was very well done actually. Why would they take that out of this year's game??

If you do a replay you can move the camera all over the place and look around the stadium, zoom in and out, etc. I think It's the best way to check out the stadiums.

That's what I thought at first, but I'm pretty convinced he could do just fine.

Plus, as much as I would LOVE to have Beltran, we certainly don't need another OF. It's crowded enough. Gibbons, Mora, Matthews, Richards, Cordova, Conine every once in a while.
