Re: Torre in Dodger Blue?
Sportscenter just broke in with the news about Torre going to the Dodgers, they talked to a source saying that an annoucement could come within in the next 24-36 hours. If this indeed does happen i bet arod will come with torre, but we wont know until after this all gets sorted outComment

Exactly, I have no idea why all these people are saying the A-Rod will follow Torre somewhere. From everything I saw/read over the last four years, the two of them were never that close."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: Torre in Dodger Blue?
Very true. I heard on ESPN radio this morning that the only reason ARod's contract was exactly $252 million was that it was double the highest current sports contract which was Garnett's $126 million deal. These two don't have any allegiance to anyone. When it comes to these guys it's all about the money."You got it man. I don't watch hockey." Re: Torre in Dodger Blue?
I see that Donny baseball is following Torre over to the Dodgers to coach. Apparently, Mattingly's son is a prospect in the L.A. farm system.
Doubtful that the Dodgers are willing to shell out that kinda cash to get A-Rod here. Angels are more likely, hell even the Cubs or Sox are more likely.Comment

Seriously, it'll be very interesting to see how Torre does there. Do the Yanks play the Dodgers in Interleague next season?Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
