Since this is all fan-based, there's not a set schedule. It will really depend on if people have the time and inclination to post.
Feel free to add any information that's been missed!

WSB does not have a "Download Rosters" feature, so there are no official rosters available for download from Sega. They have said they were investigating some way of getting roster updates out.
There are fan-created rosters available, however, through use of the Sharkport/Xport (PS2), and the Action Replay (Xbox).5WG | Facebook | Twitter | fiftytwoplays
