Hey J-Rod....maybe I'm not reading your question right, but editing the teams is really easy. You just go into Roster Management off of the main menu. You can cut and sign players by going to Free Agents. You can trade players by going to trade. You can create players by going to create player, and then signing them in Free Agents. Let me know if I misunderstood.

Re: Updating the Rosters in MVP Thread
Here's some of the moves I've done so far, still working on them to get them as close as I can. One thing that really sucks is that once in a Franchise, none of this matters because the computer trades so damn much... Oh well, I want them as close to real life as possible anyway.
Seattle Mariners:
Release SP Jamey Wright to FA
Create SP Gil Meche (#4 or #5 starter)
Create RP Julio Mateo
Create LF Chris Snelling (AAA, but should be up sometime this year)
Create SP Ryan Anderson (same as above)
Create SP Jeff Heaverlo (same as above)
Create SP Ken Cloude (same as above)
Some other ones...
Create 3B/1B Mark Teixeria for the Texas Rangers
I'll post more later, can't think right now. For you Mariners fans doing a Franchise, this is my opening day line-up.
RF - Ichiro
LF - Randy Winn
DH - Edgar Martinez
1B - John Olerud
2B - Bret Boone
CF - Mike Cameron
3B - Jeff Cirillo
SS - Carlos Guillen
C - Ben Davis (Wilson is hurt for a while)
Bench:
2B - Luis Ugueto
1B - John Mabry
3B - Greg Colbrunn
SS - Mark McLemore (will play 6 positions for me)
C - Pat Borders
Rotation:
RHP - Freddy Garcia
LHP - Jamie Moyer
RHP - Joel Pineiro
RHP - Gil Meche
RHP - Ryan Franklin
Bullpen:
Julio Mateo
Rafael Soriano
Jeff Nelson
Shigetoshi Hasegawa
Arthur Rhodes
