      A shame Justin went cold the last month. He would've been the clear cut winner had he kept his numbers inline with the rest of the season. My money's on Pedroia as he is getting all the face time in the media MVP discussions.

            QFT. Rodriguez has had a decent year but basing a player's value on the saves category isn't very showing of his true value. I guarantee if any one of those closers mentioned above were on the Angels closing this year, they would've broken the saves record too, and probably have closed a couple more than K-Rod. He doesn't really deserve mention for the AL Cy Young much less the AL MVP.
