It's not hypocritical if that "nutrient" is known to kill you. Ask Lyle Alzado and any other steroid user that has had serious health problems or have died due to their using. It's not like they're taking multivitamins.

Or, if we are going to legalize steriods, let's just legalize crack and heroin also. Why should we pick and choose? Really, why should we let boards of medical professionals and hundreds if not thousands of medical trials tell us what's good or bad for our bodies. We should just do whatever we want and nobody should be able to tell us any different.

Anything you overtake is going to kill you.

Even an excess of multivitamins are harmful to your health. There are experts that argue the single tablets in One-A-Day's are too much for the body.

The people that die from steroids are the people that abused steroids. There is a difference between using and abusing.

I'm not suggesting that using is right or ok. I'm only pointing out that arguing that steroids are harmful while defending other things that people in-take is a misguided argument when steroids pretty much only become harmful when abused, just like anything else.

At this point...does anyone really care. We have public officials screwing us by listening to lobbyist. We have a ****ing war goint on. There are public officials not paying taxes.

How many tax payer dollars have been wasted on trying to find out what Roger Clemens and Barry Bonds did years ago. I DONT CARE.

Frankly, I admire that these guys would go to such lenghts to entertain me.

Meanwhile, these officials who are whining about a competitie advantage are letting there kids of average intellect go to top schools and run the country.

Did anyone get upset at Bush...lets face it...if it werent for his dad he wouldnt have gotten as far....that is competitive advantage...and frankly, Bush has impacted more lives then ALL the professional baseball players who juiced COMBINED...yet i dont see anyone complaining about his compettive advantage...GIVE ME A ****ING BREAK

Damn snitches done struck again. I HATE snitches. What was the purpose of this at all. It's not like they got any benefit from it.

I don't understand this mentality? Are all of us law abiding citizens supposed to live by this criminal code of no "snitching". I think it started with the Godfather movies, lol.

The benefit is, I would like to see sports played by people with their God given gifts, not the chemically enhanced monsters we see today. I don't like that many guys are forced to use to live out their dream and many with integrity who don't will never collect a professional pay check even though they may be more talented than the "stars".

Not to mention the trickle down effect to college and high school, these drugs are so effective that they're rarely used in moderation. There 's an addictive mental phenomenon you rarely hear about, the feeling that you can pull trees out of the ground is a high in itself.

People who are speaking asterisk. I think you can't really do that cause unlike the Olympics you could dope in MLB and not get penalized until recently so you can't really take away records if MLB didn't enforce now if they were enforcing it for a while then yeah sure but MLB turned their heads

He'll just load up on HGH since baseball still isn't testing for it I believe, his ego can't take being a normal player. Remember this picture I posted, showing similar fatty deposits in A-Rod's chest like the Rock had (Rocky had surgery to correct his ta-ta's from juiciing)<p>

GUILTY!! Not even a question, if we had a magic truth serum I would gladly bet my house, my soul and my dog on Sosa juicing. It's like a 500 pound person saying they've never ingested more than 1000 calories in a day in their lifetime.

A-rod is never going to be in danger of being a "normal" player unless he gets severely injured or is at the end of his contract.

Honestly I agree with you here. I'm almost certain that Sosa used but I couldn't justify not voting for him for the HOF based off an assumption of guilt.

The most offensive part of this story, and Bonds' story, and Clemens' story, is just the hubris and arrogance of it all. You're not talking about fringe players who feel like they need to take steroids to keep themselves in the game, you're talking about superstars who just aren't satisfied with being superstars and need to make themselves bigger than the game. On top of the money these players are making compared to average Americans, that side of this story is just sickening and offensive to me.

I wonder who the other 103 guys are....
