You're the only one who responded about the Ruth thing. That's why I'm responding to you.

                CF: Ken Griffey Jr.
                RF: Tony Gwynn

                Bench:

Eric Davis, OF (Was amazing player for 4 or 5 years)
Jeff Bagwell, IB (Astros fan what can I say)
Cal Ripken, SS, 3B (enough said)

                Ryne Sandberg, 2B

                Batting Order:

                1. Craig Biggio, 2B
                2. Tony Gwynn, RF

                4. Dwight Gooden
                5. Mike Scott (absolutely dominating in 1986)

                Bullpen:

                Mariano Rivera, CP
                Francisco Rodriguez, SU
I like the list..Gooden and Scott were both dominant in 86 (as was Clemens..I think that was the year he had 20k in a game)

You know, a dark horse for closer would be Bryan Harvey. He was lights out for the Angels before he hurt his arm. His splitter was filthy.
