Giants just intentionally walked Ryan Zimmerman, most likely ending his hitting streak at a cool 30 games.

Unless the Nats score a couple runs here and give him an AB in the 9th inning.

Wow...where's the love for the first place Rangers?

Their fielding and pitching have improved by leaps and bounds, and ESPN just ignores them...

He got an AB in the 9th and grounded into a FC to end his hitting streak unless the game goes into extras.

Hey, we're allowed to do one of those after 9 consecutive years of other teams doing it to Bonds (122 times in 2004, mind you).

Personally, I blame Ryan for not collecting a hit it three plate appearances earlier.

The IBB was a good strategy at the time. 1st base was open and Willingham isn't that great.

This week I'm excited to see Ryan Zimmerman continue his streak. What is it...up to 28 games now?

Hopefully the Jays can get to the Yanks bullpen soon then they have a fighting chance. Richmond was totally uncomfortable right from the start.

Yeah, it was nice taking advantage of that situation right from jump street.

Well forget it this game is done.

Hopefully the Jays can win tomorrow.

Andrus is already just incredible in the field.

Considering he's 20 years old, he makes some plays that blow my mind.

Daniel Bard's big league debut just occurred. First batter he faced was Mike Napoli. Napoli saw three fastballs, swung and missed at all three. The next batter, Juan Rivera, flew out and the following (Morales?) grounded out to third. Solid debut. No 100mph (the fastball Napoli struck out on was 98) but his delivery is so smooth and easy that heat must look even faster. Both Napoli and Rivera took some ugly swings.
