I think the Nationals will have him in the minors for a while. A September Call-Up could be in order or he could compete for a spot in the rotation next year.

I have no complaints over the Padres draft. All the pitchers I wanted went between their first and second round picks and they have taken gambles with two high school outfielders with five-tool potential, which is much different than their draft philisophy the past several years. I can't find anything on Gerald Sullivan.

Keep your fingers crossed Bryce Harper gets his GED, that the Nats continue to stink the place up, and that they have the balls to spend an astronomical amount of money in back to back drafts. If Harper can get eligible for next year's draft that's the greatest pitching prospect and catching prospect in MLB history in the Nats's system.

One of our pitchers is getting traded. I hate this pick. They need a freaking bat!

The Jays first pick compares himself to Greg Maddux.....

I like the Keyvius Sampson pick in Round 4 for the Padres. Seems like a steal, as does Williams.

Our second pick in James Paxson has drawn some comparisons to Jeff Francis (they actually both came out of the same Canadian baseball program before they went on to pitch at the collegiate level). He'll probably get signed to some fairly ridiculous amount for a 37th pick because his agent is Boras, however.
