        Although it seems like an absurd statement, you can't rag on the guy in his mlb debut. He actually pitched pretty well against a few good hitters, in probably the most nerve racking game of his life.

          Obviously, but for Gammons to make that statement is beyond incredulous. I like Tazawa, but nothing about him screams aces.

          Gammons is a horrible homer.

            Here we go again, Pavano is a bum and the Tigers still can't score off of him for whatever reason.

                        Holland looked REALLY good today against the Angels. 70 something of his 90 something pitches were strikes, I think it was 96 pitches for the CG shutout.

                          He gave up three singles. He made Vlad look awful, even in the at-bat where he got a weak single.

                            Seriously, umpires just suck. They have to watch the game.
