    Bartolo Colon

If, When, the Sox fire Manuel, do you think they'll throw in the towell on the season and try to unload Colon?
If so, who do you guys think might get him?
This could be the acquisition of the year.

I hope the Sox keep him but it is not likely when they inevitably throw in the towel. The guy is a stud.

He gets stronger as the game goes on and can hit the mid-90s on his fastball when he is over a 100 pitches.

Baltimore plunked Ordonez 2 nights in a row. After the 2nd time Bartolo took aim for Hairston. Missed him the 1st time, got him in the exact same spot that Jorge Julio nailed Mags the second time. He just walked off the field, knowing he would be ejected. Gave up a complete game to stand up for his new team-mate.

If the Sox do unload him to a contender I just hope they get something decent, Colon has the heart of a lion.

i think they'll keep him, maybe if Buerhle was having the season he was last year they'd consider it, but since he's struggling i think they'll stick with Colon

I don't think so. Buehrle is a young guy with a lot potential. I don't think they would want to get rid of him, atleast not yet.

It is hard to say if Colon is going to be sent out, although it is a big possibility that they would. I could see them trading him for some decent hitters to try and get something going. I don't think they should because he is an excellent young pitcher. They arn't going anywhere big anytime soon, so I think they should keep their guys that can help them in the future.
