The Angels better hope they can pitch. This isn't the same Angel rotation that's knocked the Yankees out of the playoffs the past few years. They do have much better hitting than previous seasons though. Talk about a reversal from a great pitching, mediocre hitting team to a great hitting, mediocre pitching team.

Besides the Angels will probably have to get past the Red Sox first, because the Yankees will most likely be playing the Tigers.

Heath Bell at this time is looking through the yellowpages for a hitman to take care of Yorvit Torrealba.

This about-face by the Rays has been something spectacular to watch. Even with a great outing by Sox killer Matt Garza the Rays still find a way to lose, on Dustin Pedroia's first ever opposite field homerun at Fenway.

Guess I need to start asking the Royals to win. I did that earlier in the season and they lose, now I ask them to lose and they win.

Atlanta sweeps the Cards in St. Louis; we can't win a single game against the Reds at home but can sweep the best team in the NL at their yard and do it against their top 3 guys...go figure.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

I'm almost afraid of what the offseason may bring for the Jays "sigh" I'm hoping like hell that they clean house and bring in a good GM.

This past week the Jays had the two lowest attendance figures at Rogers Centre ever. The first of those games was like only 500 or so fans more then the lowest ever in team history!

There's no "almost" for me, I am afraid of what the offseason will bring for the Royals.

Knowing Dayton Moore he'll go on and on about the 18-11 start and mention how good we were from September 7th to 13th and he'll do something crazy like sign Jose Guillen to a 5-year extension, and trade Billy Butler for a bag of peanuts and some gloves.

Okay, so maybe it won't be that bad, but man, with all the problems this team has had you'd think he'd find something to complain about other than the best hitter on the team not being perfect with his 1B defense.

You forgot Moore's annual signing/trade of a Mariner castoff. $20 says we see Carlos Silva in Royal blue this spring!

I figured if I don't mention that it won't happen.
