I would love to see the Angels finally beat Boston but I think its gotten to the Angels mentally that they can't beat this team.

This reminds me of how for years the Celtics owned the Lakers and how much the Lakers hated the Celtics. Its gotten to that point with the Angels -- they hate the Red Sox.

Boston wins this series in 4, 3-1.

Being a Yankee fan I'm pulling against Boston obviously, Although strangely a part of me wants them to advance and play us if we can win our series. Hmm I just contradicted myself... But this should be a hell of a series, Boston has had the Angels number these last few years, but this is a different, strong Angels team that seems to be out to prove something, and they have been here before.

But I will not underestimate the Red Sox with that strong rotation and plethora of bats and experience, and now with Dice-k back to normal they have a rotation that rivals anyone. I still will take the Angels, but it could easily swing either way.

Edit: Hmm... I just noticed Boston is starting Buchholz in Game 3. I think that's a mistake, I know he's been pretty dominating lately, but he's young and does not have the playoff experience of Dice-k. I gotta give that 3rd slot to Dice-k if I'm Francona. He has shown he's recovered from his injury and has not affected his game, You have to start Dice-K the 3rd game, have I stressed this enough? what do you all think?

Either way it comes out I'll be intrigued. We play our hated rival for the millionth time. Or we play the Angels who are basically our Kryptonite. They are the one team that gives us hell, And I really really want sweet revenge against the Halos.

It's not the way it should be but if you're MLB, you would love nothing better. The thought of them playing each other again in the ALCS has them seeing $$$$$.

On paper I like the Angels but we'll see, it's not the first time in the playoffs I've thought that.

Nope, they've got the NLCS this year. TBS was almost as bad as FOX last year, Buck Martienez is horrible and cannot pronounce David Ortiz like a normal human being.
