Seems like the Yankees own every top closer. Maybe the Twins own Rivera, though?

I loathe Jhonny Peralta. Asdrubal Cabrera has broken forearm thanks to Jhonny's knee. The only positive is that Jason Donald is going to get called up and that will hopefully spell the end to Valbuena's time in Cleveland

Atlanta shot itself in the foot. They had guys in scoring position plenty of times but couldn't push the runners through.

Alex Rodriguez hit a two-run, game-tying homer in the ninth inning off Red Sox closer Jonathan Papelbon, and then Marcus Thames smacked a two-run walk-off homer as New York overcame Boston's five long balls.

Well looks like Dana Eveland's days as a starter for the Jays are numbered. I think he'll get another start but he'll be replaced by Mark er "hard to spell his name guy" or Jesse Litsch who's making a comeback after surgery.

Without Cabrera, any hope that Indians fans had that they might get back into the race is officially gone. I expect the trade rumors for Westbrook, Peralta, and Wood to kick up soon.

Comeback code has been ridicoulous in the MLB lately. Seriously they need to take it out already. Two of the best closeres blowing games on back to back days? Come on now. lol

Wow though, really it's been incredible. Great games all around the league. It's a good time to be a baseball fan.

Cabrera was the difference maker in competing for the AL Central?
