I would never think that Silva would be able to start the season 7-0 and have Big Z come in relief for him.

OMG....Morales hit a game winning grand slam, and gets hurt in the home plate scrum.

No, he's been really awful since that shoulder injury in Texas as a starter 2 years ago. It has nothing to do with him being a starter or a reliever. He simply doesn't have the arm anymore and his stuff sucks.

Looks like it's pretty serious as well.

The more I watch Jason Heyward, the more I feel like I am watching something historic. You know, the same feeling some must have had watching Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio, Willie Mays, Mickey Mantle, Hank Aaron, etc as young players. I have only seen ONE player play like this as a 20 year old and that was ARod. Pujols was 21 and Jr. didn't really come on until he was in a few years.

Something I never thought I'd see Corey Hart do happened. Maybe Prince or Braun, but Corey Hart?!

His last 3 at-bats, dating back to yesterday, all homers.
                    AB1: Walk-off 2 run homer
                    AB2: Grand Slam
                    AB3: 2 run homer

You don't get much hotter than that.

The rookie is leading the NL in OPS, OBP, top 5 in HRs, RBIs...the kid's insane.

I really don't understand why pitchers aren't pounding him both high and inside. He can crush anything outside and it seems like most of his K's are on 2-seamers spotted on the inside corner and the rising fastball.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Is there anywhere I can watch this?

Is ESPN doing live look-ins or something?

I don't know...I'm watching on EI. MLB Network might be showing it.

Listening to it on MLB At-Bat. Best I can do.
