I didn't see that, I was at work and had to go get a haircut right after so couldn't watch the game. What happened?

In one inning Escobar missed a pop up, almost blew a bunt rotation, and almost got Glaus killed with a lazy throw to first that led to a collision with Francouer at first. He was horrible tonight...

The Sox continue rolling (8-2! At this rate, we might actually beat Greinke), and the Tigers continue denying our advances into first place.

This is true, The cardinals problems are the equivalent of getting a pimple before a date with a hot girl. The Cubs problems are not even having a date.

Tomorrow is where I start to worry. The pitching matchup spells doom.

Either way, worst case scenario, assuming they win tonight, is 1.5 games back at the ASB. After the way they started the season, I'll take it.

The Tigers have had a history of collapsing down the stretch and the Sox have much better pitching than the Tigers, even with Peavy done for the year. The Sox also have the advantage of being able to make a move before the deadline. Whereas the Tigers, with the economy being what it is in Detroit, I think are not as likely to make a significant deal before the end of July.
