Giants fans didn't find anything wrong with him when he was being very productive with the bat...

    I see how it is.

Actually, during the post-season last year most of the hard-core Giants fans couldn't wait to get both Kent and Baker the hell out of SF.
Kent is nothing special, he's a solid player who put up mvp type numbers because he always hit in front of or behind Barry. He went to the best hitter's park in the world and didn't even make the all-star team.
Kent and Pendleton should both send their MVP trophies Bonds via UPS.

Which is totally unlike how A's fans give Jason Giambi a standing ovation every time he comes back?

Impartial? Dude, if somebody thinks Bonds should be the MVP that doesn't mean they're impartial.
Pujols is a great hitter, he's just not up there with Bonds.

You haters are the ones being impartial. To even try and deny that Bonds is the MVP is moronic. Watch every Giants game for just one week and then try to tell me Bonds isn't the MVP. The guy totally changes the entire outlook of every game he plays.
No one player affects his team more than Barry Bonds.
