Re: September 20 - September 26 Game Discussion Thread
I am tired of listening to the Braves announcers talk about the "Braves not going quietly". They played like absolute crap. 3 GIDP, 2 errors, piss poor baserunning (McCann...what were you thinking?). I wish this team would wake up."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring." - Rogers HornsbyComment

This is frustrating. College and Major League ball are completely different animals and in either my teams simply cannot score runs. In both 2 runs is an impossible deficit. And may thy spirit live in us, Forever LSU

How do you figure? Phils up 5 games with 12 to play. If the Phils go 6-6 and we go 12-0 we win the division."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring." - Rogers HornsbyComment

Re: September 20 - September 26 Game Discussion Thread
Both the Phillies and Braves have played 152 games. So that is 10 left. If the Phillies go 5-5 and the Braves go 10-0, they would be tiedEagles | Phillies | Sixers | Flyers

You are right...tonight the announcers kept saying there were 13 games left in the season. Division is gone."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring." - Rogers HornsbyComment
